The invention relates to benzoyl derivatives with the formula where R1, R2 are hydrogen, notro, halogen, cyano, alkyl, halogenlalyl, alkoxy, halogenalkoxy, alkylthio, halognalkylthio, alkylsulphenyl, halogenalkylsulphenyl, alkylsulphonyl or halogenalkyl sulphonyl, R3 is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl, R4 & R5 are hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, dialkylamino, phenyl or carbonyl, the latter six groups could be substituted, X is O, S, NR9, CO or CR1OR11; Y is O, S, NR12, CO or CR13R14 and R15, optionally substituted pyrazol which is bound in the 4th place and carries hadroxy- or sulphonyloxygroup in the 5th place. The invention also relates to salts of the derivatives which can be used in agriculture, to a method and intermediate products for their preparation, to forms containing them, and to the application of the derivatives or the forms containing them, as herbicides. 24 claims
