Abstract: It is possible to provide a reaction device capable effectively heating a reaction unit, and a fuel battery system and an electronic device using the same. The reaction device (1) includes: a reforming device (4) which forms a reforming reaction chamber (31) and a reforming device combustion chamber (30) arranged adjacent to the reforming reaction chamber (31) via a partition for generating heat to be supplied to the reforming reaction chamber (31); a CO removing device (5) which forms a removal reaction chamber (35) where a chemical reaction occurs at a lower temperature than the reforming reaction chamber (31) and a removal device combustion chamber (34) arranged adjacent to the removal reaction chamber (35) via a partition for generating heat to be supplied to the removal reaction chamber (35); and a connection unit (6) which connects the reforming device (4) to the CO removing device (5). Furthermore, at least one of the reforming device (4) and the CO removing device (5) is configured by combining ceramic regions (11, 12) and metal parts (15, 16). The ceramic regions (11, 12) are connected to the metal parts (15, 16) via bonding members (18, 20). The bonding members have a thermal conductivity higher than the ceramic regions (11, 12).

Abstract: It is possible to provide a reaction device having a preferable bonding characteristic, and a fuel battery system and an electronic device using the same. The reaction device (1) includes: a reforming device (4) which forms a reforming reaction chamber (31); a CO removing device (5) which forms a removal reaction chamber (35) where a chemical reaction occurs at a lower temperature than the reforming reaction chamber (31); and a connection unit (6) which connects the reforming device (4) to the CO removing device (5) for making a communication between the reforming reaction chamber (31) and the removal reaction chamber (35). Furthermore, the reforming device (4) arranged at a distance from the CO removing device (5). At least one of the reforming device (4) and the CO removing device (5) is configured by combining ceramic regions (11, 12) and metal parts (15, 16). The ceramic regions (11, 12) are connected to the metal parts (15, 16) via bonding members (18, 20). The bonding members (18, 20) have a thermal conductivity higher than the ceramic regions (11, 12).

Abstract: When a ceramic member including an Si component and an other member are bonded together, the members are brought into direct contact with each other and bonding is achieved by using the Si component in the ceramic member. Consequently, first and second bonding members can be firmly and uniformly bonded without using an adhesive. In addition, since the thus-obtained composite ceramic body has high bonding strength, it can be suitably applied to microchemical chips or reformers.
