Abstract:
Collagen extracted from outer skin of cuttlefish is provided to inhibit environmental pollution by reusing the by-products of processed cuttlefish, improve safety of use by eliminating infection risk of animal disease, improve extraction convenience, and maintain identical functionality of a mask pack containing the cuttlefish skin collagen to the conventional mask pack. A method for preparing collagen extracted from outer skin of cuttlefish comprises the steps of: washing the outer skin of cuttlefish with water, and pulverizing it in water; centrifuging the pulverized product and collecting the precipitates; adding 0.1N NaOH into the precipitates and agitating the mixture at 4 deg. C for 24 hours; and centrifuging the agitated mixture, and neutralizing and freeze-drying the precipitates. A cosmetic mask pack comprises 5.0-20.0 wt.% of the collagen extracted from outer skin of cuttlefish.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing Ecklonia cava-derived mitol and fucoidan and an external use skin formulation are provided to ensure an anti-inflammatory effect and to treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A composition with an anti-inflammatory effect contains 0.3 wt% of Ecklonia cava-derived mitol and 0.5-2 wt% of fucoidan. The mitol contains polyphenol derived from Ecklonia cava as an active ingredient. A method for preparing fucoidan comprises: a step of drying Ecklonia cava and extracting Ecklonia cava with 80% ethyl alcohol at room temperature for 12 hours; a step of centrifuging the extract and collect pellet; a step of mixing the pellet with 80% ethyl alcohol and stirring at room temperature for 12 hours; a step of centrifuging and collecting pellet; a step of removing pigment, lipid, and low molecular proteins using acetone and drying to prepare Ecklonia cava powder; a step of adding distilled water to the Ecklonia cava powder and extracting at 60 Deg.C. for 2 hours, centrifuging, and collecting supernatant; a step of adding CaCl_2 to supernatant and incubating at 4 Deg.C. for 18 hours; a step of centrifuging and collecting supernatant; and a step of concentrating the supernatant and adding ethyl alcohol.

본 발명은 해조류를 건조하고, 건조된 해조류를 에틸알코올로 환류 추출하여 상등액을 수득하고, 이를 농축하는 방법에 의해 제조된 항산화 활성 해조류 천연색소 및 이를 포함하는 식품, 의약품 또는 화장품 착색용 천연색소 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 해조류 유래 천연색소는 색 안정성, 저장 안정성 및 pH 안정성이 우수하여 기존에 사용되는 인공색소의 부작용을 제거할 수 있으며, 식품산업에 사용할 경우, 광 차단 조건에서도 장기간 식품의 색을 선명하게 유지할 수 있으며, 항산화 활성도 증강시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 갈조류 감태 유래 씨놀과 푸코이단을 혼합한 혼합소재 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 식품에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 감태 유래 씨놀과 푸코이단의 혼합소재는 각각의 시료인 씨놀과 푸코이단을 사용하여 항산화 활성 및 항암활성을 측정한 것보다 높은 시너지 효과를 나타내며, 식품산업에 사용할 경우 항산화 활성을 갖는 기능성 식품으로 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for processing fish using low-molecularized polysaccharide and deep water is provided to remove a fishy smell excellently by dipping the fish in the deep water in which water soluble polysaccharide is contained. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of fish includes the following steps of: extracting polysaccharide from a mushroom; making the low-molecularized mushroom polysaccharide; manufacturing concentrate containing the polysaccharide of 9 ~ 10% by concentrating a mushroom polysaccharide solution; making a mixed solution by mixing the mushroom polysaccharide concentrate of 2 ~ 3 parts by weight and deep water of 20 ~ 25 parts by weight; making a fish processing composition by adding salt; and processing the fish with processed compositions.
