PURPOSE: Foot and mouth disease virus bearing 3B partially deleted gene of serotype O is provided to weaken pathogenicity in an animal, thereby being safer than pathogenic virus when the virus is used for a disinfectant experiment or an antivirus experiment etc in a laboratory. CONSTITUTION: A plasmid has a base sequence like a sequence number 1. In the plasmid, a foot and mouth disease virus gene capable of producing foot and mouth disease virus bearing 3B partially deleted gene of serotype O is inserted. The plasmid is used for determining the foot and mouth disease virus. The foot and mouth disease virus bearing 3B partially deleted gene of serotype O is produced from the plasmid.

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing gene for distinguishing seven kinds of serotype of foot-and-mouth disease is provided to ensure fastness and convenience. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing gene for distinguishing seven kinds of serotype of foot-and-mouth comprises a step of diagnosing seven type of serotype(O, A, Asia 1, C, SAT 1, SAT 2, and SAT 3) by different band size. The diagnosis method comprises: a step of diagnosing type O and Asia 1, type A and C, and type SAT 1, SAT 2, and SAT 3. SAT 1, SAT 2 and SAT 3 has common band size. A primer for amplifying type O has a base sequence of sequence numbers 1, 2, 3, and 5.

PURPOSE: A diagnosis method for detecting food-and-mouth disease virus type asia 1 antibody is provided to quickly measure vaccine antibody titer. CONSTITUTION: An antibody for food-and-mouth disease virus type asia 1 is detected using a gene recombinant protein antigen of food-and-mouth disease virus type asia 1 and food-and-mouth disease virus type asia 1-specific monoclonal antibody. A diagnosis method for detecting food-and-mouth disease virus type asia 1 antibody comprises: a step of reacting serotype common antibody 70-17 of food-and-mouth disease virus type asia 1, type C, O, and A in 96-well microplate; a step of washing monoclonal antibodies which are not conjugated on the plate to remove; a step of reacting with a test serum sample; a step of washing test serum sample which is not conjugated; a step of reacting horseradish peroxidase-conjugated type asia 1-specific monoclonal antibody; a step washing monoclonal antibodies which is not conjugated to the plate; and a step of measuring absorbance.

A protein with antibody specificity against Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum is provided to diagnose Bovine Tuberculosis and prevent spread of the Bovine Tuberculosis by improving specificity and sensitivity against the Bovine Tuberculosis. A protein with antibody specificity against Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum represents a Mycobacterium bovis protein having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, 2 or 3. A method for purifying the protein comprises the following steps of: immersing proteins isolated from cultivated supernatant of the Mycobacterium bovis; partitioning the proteins using anion exchange resin chromatography; and selecting the proteins which are reacted to the Bovine Tuberculosis-infected blood serum.
