CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for goat floppy kid syndrome treatment including bicarbonate comprises 5-95 weight% of bicarbonate and 5-95 weight% of pharmaceutically approved excipient. The pharmaceutical composition for the goat floppy kid syndrome treatment including bicarbonate comprises 5-94 weight% of bicarbonate, 5-90 weight% of pharmaceutically approved excipient, and 1-10 weight% of additive. PURPOSE: A diagnostic kit for rapid detection of rabies antibodies is provided to rapidly detect the existence according to rabies vaccination within 20 minutes without expensive equipment and to reduce the generation of rabies. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic kit for rapid detection of rabies antibodies using immunochromatography has a nitrocellulose membrane(30) containing a test line(40) and a control line(50) on a backing card(70). A conjugate pad is overlapped at one side of the nitrocellulose membrane. A sample pad(10) is overlapped on the conjugate pad. An adsorbent pad(60) absorbing blood serum in which the reaction is completed on a backing card is installed at the other side of the nitrocellulose membrane.
