    Abstract: PURPOSE: A vaccine including recombinant Clostridium antigen protein, Net-B or PFO, is provided to effectively prevent necrotic enteritis in chicken, to reduce occurrence of necrotic enteritis, to strengthen chicken health, and to reduce economic loss in a farmhouse. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine composition for preventing necrotic enteritis in chicken contains Clostridium perfringens-derived recombinant Clostridium antigen protein, Net-B or PFO. The vaccine composition additionally contains a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant. The Clostridium antigen protein is prepared by natural extraction or genetic recombination. The genetic recombination comprises: a step of inserting a nucleic acid sequence encoding the antigen protein into an expression vector; a step of transforming the vector to a host cell and culturing a transformant; and a step of obtaining the antigen protein from the transformant.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An attenuated vaccine prepared by isolating a Theileria sergenti Sungwhan stock from Haemaphysalis longicornis and then attenuating it is provided. The vaccine has recognizable specific protection property and thus can be effectively used in the prevention of bovine theileriosis. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated vaccine is prepared by the steps of: recovering Haemaphysalis longicornis imagoes from bovines infected with theileriosis; infecting a rabbit with the Haemaphysalis longicornis imagoes for 6 to 7 days; and aseptically collecting salivary gland from the collected Haemaphysalis longicornis imagoes. The vaccine is formed into an injectable formulation.
