Abstract:
본 발명은 제1형 당뇨병의 신규한 진단 마커에 관한 것으로, 아미노아실 tRNA 합성효소 또는 이에 대한 항체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 제1형 당뇨병의 진단용 조성물, 아미노아실 tRNA 합성효소의 제1형 당뇨병 진단용 제제의 제조를 위한 용도 및 개체의 시료로부터 항-알라닌 tRNA 합성효소 항체, 항-글리신 tRNA 합성효소 항체, 항-아스파라긴 tRNA 합성효소 항체 및 항-트립토판 tRNA 합성효소 항체를 검출하는 제1형 당뇨병 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물, 키트 및 방법은 환자의 시료로부터 손쉽게 제1형 당뇨병 여부를 진단할 수 있으므로 제1형 당뇨병의 조기 진단 및 확정을 위하여 사용할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a culture medium for establishment of bovine embryonic stem cells and a method for culturing bovine embryonic stem cells using the same. The culture medium for establishment of bovine embryonic stem cells suppresses differentiation-associated signals and increases adhesive ability and viability, thereby enabling the establishment of bovine embryonic stem cells from blastocysts and long term subculture, increasing preservability of the embryonic stem cells, expressing excellent characteristics as undifferentiated pluripotent stem cells, and therefore being able to be useful as a culture medium for bovine embryonic stem cells.

CONSTITUTION: In case user device specific information of a fist stage scheduling signal indicates a user device, a processor(820) controls a receiving module and a transmitting module in order to transmit a silencing signal to a base station. The base station does not transmit competition number information having the highest priority within a base station list. The base station list has inter-cell interference link.

PURPOSE: A data channel reservation method and a device using the same are provided to efficiently utilize wireless resource by using a new frame structure being used for data channel reservation in high speed communication environment. CONSTITUTION: A transmission module(1250) transmits a request frame to make a data reservation. A reception module(1260) receives acknowledge frame transmitted as a reply to the request frame in a first time period or a second time period. If the acknowledge frame is received in the first time frame, a processor(1220) recognizes that the request frame collides. PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for wireless charging based on resonant frequency selection are provided to minimize signaling overhead of a wireless charging system by determining dynamic control information for allocating resonant frequencies and received time points and frequencies of necessary dynamic control information according to each charge stage. CONSTITUTION: A wireless charging apparatus receives control information for allocating resonant frequencies from a charge apparatus(S410). Resonant frequencies are allocated based on the received control information to each apparatus(S420). The wireless charging apparatus receives dynamic information including a channel condition and a charging rate, etc from apparatuses to be charged according to each charge stage or a correction multiple cycle of a time domain unit of each charge stage(S430). The wireless charging apparatus selects the resonant frequencies in consideration of the dynamic information(S440).

PURPOSE: A novel marker for diagnosing type 1 diabetes and a composition for diagnosing type 1 diabetes are provided to early diagnose and determine type 1 diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing type 1 diabetes contains aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase as an active ingredient. The aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase is alanyl-tRNA synthetase, glycyl-tRNA synthetase, asparaginyl-tRNA synthetase, or tryptophanyl-tRNA synthethase. A kit for diagnosing type 1 diabetes contains the composition. The kit further contains diagnosis marker for type 1 diabetes of GAD65, IA-2, insuline, ICA, Hb1Ac, C-peptide or Slc30A8.
