An anti-cancer composition comprising surfactin is provided to inhibit the cell proliferation, and the proliferation of the human colon carcinoma cell by inducing pro-apoptotic activity and suppressing the differentiation and proliferation of LoVo cell by inhibiting cell cycle. The composition for treating cancer comprises surfactin and further comprises the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier selected from diluent, lubricant, binder, disintegrant, sweetener, stabilizer and antiseptic, and additive selected from perfume and vitamin B.

A peptide vaccine using an outer membrane protein H(OmpH) of Pasteurella multocida is provided to be used for preparing a vaccine which shows excellent activity and is applicable into the body through various pathways. A vaccine for preventing and treating porcine atrophic rhinitis comprises a total or a portion of a recombinant outer membrane protein H of a Pasteurella multocida(D:4) strain expressed from a recombinant expression vector including a gene having at least one sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 7, SEQ ID : NO. 8, SEQ ID : NO. 9, SEQ ID : NO. 10 and SEQ ID : NO. 11 encoding a total or a portion of an OmpH of the Pasteurella multocida(D:4) strain or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

A transgenic potato is provided to produce mistletoe lectin by using mistletoe lectin with a gene of the mistletoe lectin and to produce the mistletoe lectin having anti-cancer and immune enhancing effects massively. A recombinant plant expression vector includes a gene inserted by operation of 2 of a sequence number encoding Korean mistletoe lectin protein. A transgenic potato is acquired by transforming the potato into the recombinant plant expression vector by using the agrobacterium. A composition for treating cancer includes the Korean mistletoe lectin protein from the recombinant plant expression vector.

A fowl cholera vaccine composition is provided to enhance immune responses against infection of Pasteurella multocida causing fowl cholera by using a recombinant outer membrane protein H of Pasteurella multocida. A gene(OmpH) encoding a recombinant outer membrane protein H(OmpH) of Pasteurella multocida A:3, wherein a gene encoding a leader protein is deleted(NCBI Genbank No. DQ054529), is isolated and sequenced. A fowl cholera vaccine composition comprises a recombinant outer membrane protein H(OmpH) of Pasteurella multocida A:3 expressed from a recombinant expression vector containing an operatively inserted OmpH gene(NCBI Genbank No. DQ054529) or pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
