Abstract: PURPOSE: A hybrid oilless damper bearing and a control device thereof are provided to make a stable operation possible because adding the rigidity and absorption of external impact are planned by changing a load pressure actuating on a bump structure in a rotary shaft and the rear part of a sliding bearing. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid oilless damper bearing comprises a housing(110), a sliding bearing(120), a bump structure(130), and a piezoelectric actuator(140). The housing is fixed to a rotary device to cover the outer circumference of a rotary shaft of the rotary device. The sliding bearing is installed inside of the housing and mounted in the outer circumference of the rotary shaft. The bump structure is arranged between the housing and the sliding bearing. The piezoelectric actuator is arranged along the inner circumference of the hosing between the housing and bump structure.

Abstract: A coating material having heat resistance, wear resistance and low friction characteristics is provided to enable an operating body such as a rotary shaft operated at a high speed in an oil-free state under medium temperature(400 to 500 deg.C) conditions resist well against friction, heating and wear generated due to a contact of the operating body with a bearing by coating the coating material on the operating body, and a coating method that can maintain durability of the coating material coated on the operating body for a long time is provided. In a coating material coated on surfaces of operating bodies of machinery and equipment, the coating material comprises 15 to 25 wt.% of antimony trioxide(Sb2O3), 50 to 70 wt.% of a binder, 10 to 20 wt.% of tungsten disulfide(WS2), and 5 to 15 wt.% of silver(Ag). In a coating material coated on surfaces of operating bodies of machinery and equipment, the coating material comprises 15 to 25 wt.% of antimony trioxide(Sb2O3), 40 to 65 wt.% of a binder, 10 to 20 wt.% of tungsten disulfide(WS2), 5 to 15 wt.% of silver(Ag), and 5 to 15 wt.% of molybdenum oxide(MoO3). The binder comprises 60 to 80 wt.% of nickel(Ni) and 20 to 40 wt.% of chromium(Cr). The binder further comprises more than 0 to 10 wt.% of aluminum(Al) based on the total weight of nickel and chromium. A method of coating a coating material comprises the steps of: (a) crushing the coating material; (b) crushing a binder; (c) primarily coating the crushed binder on a surface of an operating body; (d) secondly coating the crushed coating material on a first coating layer of the binder; and (e) grinding and polishing a surface of a second coating layer of the coating material.

Abstract: A miniature air blower apparatus is provided to simplify the manufacture of an air blower device by realizing a structural integration by connecting an air foil bearing to a stator. A miniature air blower apparatus includes a main housing(230) and a bearing housing(210). A motor unit is coupled to an air foil bearing inside of a stator and generates rotational force to drive a rotation material at high speed in a brushless DC motor. A cooling pin for a guide vane is installed on the outer surface of the motor unit to cool the air. An impeller(240) flows the air into the blower by rotating according to the rotational force of the motor unit. A shaft transmits the rotational force of the motor unit to the impeller unit. A thrust bearing aids the rotation of the shaft. A diffuser increases the pressure of air flow generated according to the rotation of the impeller. Abstract: A high pressure floating ring seal supported with a bump foil is provided to solve a rubbing problem of an axis and the seal and improve stability by the floating circular seal having a supporting bump. In a high pressure floating ring seal supported with a bump foil, a clamping nut(100) is installed around a rotary axis(400) of a cylindrical shape.
