An apparatus for improving performance of a cooling fan for a vehicle includes an air dam(50) protruded into a predetermined height from a roof cover(10) arranged in front of a cooling fan(30). The cooling fan heat-exchanges cooling air introduced from the outside of the vehicle with a coolant of a radiator(40), and discharges hot air generated by the heat exchange to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A power steering system is composed of an oil pump(50) rotating with a pulley(P1) driven by power from an engine; a cylinder receiving oil from the oil pump, and moving a tie rod; an oil tank(56) storing oil from the cylinder, and supplying to the oil pump; a magnetic clutch installed between pulleys to transmit and shut off power in turning on and off; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(2) controlling the magnetic clutch; and a pressure sensor(3) installed in the oil tank to turn off the magnetic clutch by applying the overpressure signal to the ECU in case of the hydraulic pressure of the steering system to be over the reference value. Energy consumption is prevented, and noise is reduced with stopping the oil pump in case of the pressure of the oil tank to be over the reference value in high speed traveling, parking or stopping.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An energy reproducer for a vehicle is provided to improve efficiency by increasing an energy reproduction rate for converting surplus motion energy of a vehicle to electric energy, to reduce a contaminating material, to save cost by reducing the number of components and simplify operation mechanism. CONSTITUTION: In stepping on a brake pedal(5) to brake, the brake pedal overcomes a supporting force of a return member(17) and processes an alpha and a beta section to a slot hole(11), rotating around a hinge(15). Herein, an angle sensor(1) senses the operation angle that the brake pedal turns and feeds it to an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit operates a motor generator(3) in the alpha and beta sections by the sensed signal. In addition, brakes(21,23) are operated by an operation rod(9) and a booster(7) connected to the brake pedal in the beta section. Accordingly, a generator of the motor generator is driven in the alpha section such that the vehicle is braked by the energy reproduction for converting motion energy to electric energy. Further, since the generator generates as much as possible in the beta section, the vehicle is braked by the brake action for converting the motion energy remained from the energy reproduction to the heat energy of the brakes as well as the energy reproduction.
