Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas recycling control device and an exhaust gas recycling control method are provided to calculate the amount of exhaust-gas recirculation (EGR) gas, which is recycled to the intake manifold, without installing a separate sensor. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas recycling control device includes an EGR valve (10), a manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor (30), and a control unit (70). The EGR valve controls the amount of EGR gas that is recycled to the intake manifold from the exhaust manifold. The MAP sensor measures the pressure of the intake manifold. The control unit is transferred with the pressure value of the intake manifold, calculates the pressure of the EGR gas, and converts the pressure of the EGR gas into the flow rate of the EGR gas. Abstract: 배기가스 재순환 제어장치는 배기 매니폴드로부터 흡기 매니폴드로 재순환되는 EGR 가스의 유량을 조절하는 EGR 밸브, 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 압력을 측정하는 MAP(Manifold Absolute Pressure) 센서, 및 상기 MAP 센서로부터 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 압력값을 전달받고, 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 압력값에 상기 흡기 매니폴드 전체 체적에 대한 EGR 가스의 비율을 곱하여 EGR 가스의 압력을 산출하고, 상기 EGR 가스의 압력을 EGR 가스의 유량으로 변환하는 제어부를 포함한다. 흡기 매니폴드에 장착되어 있는 MAP(Manifold Absolute Pressure) 센서를 이용하여 흡기 매니폴드로 재순환되는 EGR 가스의 양을 산출할 수 있고, EGR 가스의 양을 측정하기 위한 별도의 센서를 설치할 필요가 없다.

Abstract: A liquid phase LPG injection fuel pump system is provided to supply LPG fuel in a liquid phase by using a turbine type gasoline pump even without using an exclusive pump for the liquid phase LPG injection system. A liquid phase LPG injection fuel pump system comprises a base plate(10), a plurality of fuel pumps(26,28), and a pump support unit. The base plate has a supply channel(12) for discharging LPG fuel to the outside of a fuel tank; a return channel(14) for returning fuel from the outside of the fuel tank; and a valve for controlling the discharge of the LPG fuel through the supply channel. The fuel pumps have a flexible fuel line(24) connected to the supply channel of the base plate. The fuel pumps are serially arranged to the fuel line so that the pressure of the LPG fuel is raised through multiple stages. The pump support unit fixes the fuel pumps at a predetermined position with respect to the base plate and the fuel pump.
