Urethane-(meth)acrylates (I), obtd. by reacting (A) isocyanates with (B) polyether-, polyester- or epoxide-(meth)acrylates with at least one free OH gp., in which 0.5-60 mole% of the (meth)acrylate gps. are in the form of a Michael adduct with prim. or sec. amine. Also claimed is (i) the above process for the prodn. of (I) (in this case 0.5-30 mole% of the (meth)acrylate gps. are stated to be in the form of the Michael adduct); (ii) radiation-hardenable materials (II) contg. (I).

Die Anmeldung betrifft einen Wabenförmiger Katalysator, bestehend aus 30 bis 95 Gew.% einer Eisenverbindung, berechnet als Fe2O3 und 0,1 bis 60 Gew.% einer Aluminium-, Cer- und/oder Chromverbindung berechnet als Al2O3, CeO2, Cr2O3 und/oder 1 bis 50 Gew.% einer Alkaliverbindung, insbesondere Kalium berechnet als K2O und/oder 0,2 bis 20 Gew.% eines Elements der 6. Nebengruppe berechnet als MeO3, bevorzugt MoO3 und WO3 und/oder 0,1 bis 20 Gew.% einer Verbindung des Vanadins berechnet als V2O5 und/oder 0,1 bis 20 Gew.% einer Verbindung des Phosphors berechnet als P2O5, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des wabenförmigen Katalysators und die Verwendung des Katalysators für organische Reaktionen.

Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur katalytischen Dehydrierung von Alkylaromaten zur Herstellung von Vinylaromaten bei erhöhter Temperatur in Gegenwart von Wasserdampf und Dehydrierungskatalysatoren, bei dem man Dehydrierungskatalysatoren in Wabenform einsetzt. Die Wabenform kann aus einem keramischen Träger bestehen, auf den die Aktivmasse aufgebracht ist, sie kann aber auch selbst aus Aktivmasse bestehen.

A process for producing esters (I) from dicyclopentadiene (II) and 1-5C carboxylic acid(s) (III), by reacting (II) with (IIII) in the presence of BF3. The novelty is that (I) are isolated from the reaction mixt. by fractional distn. under reduced pressure. Pref. the various distn. fractions are combined, mixed with more 1-5C acid (III), and reacted again with (II). (III) is an alpha, beta-mono-unsatd. acid, pref. acrylic acid. USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) are useful as perfume materials (esters of satd. acids) and auxiliary monomers for the prodn. of polymers (unsatd. esters). The invention provides a simpler method for isolating pure (I) from the reaction mixt.; prior-art extraction methods are complicated by the formation of stable emulsions
