    Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress wear even when the oil film breakage or the like is generated by forming a roller which rolls in a compression chamber in a compression element and vanes which partition the inside of the compression chamber into the high pressure side and the low pressure side of respective non-metallic material which is excellent in the strength and the wear resistance. CONSTITUTION:An electric element consisting of a stator and a rotor and a compression element 5 driven thereby are housed in a closed container 1 where the lubrication oil is stored. A shaft having an eccentric part, a cylinder forming a compression chamber 12 which is concentric with the center of revolution of the shaft, a roller which is fitted in the eccentric part and rolled in the compression chamber 12, and vanes 30 which are pressure welded to the roller 29 and partition the inside of the compression chamber 12 into the high pressure side and the low pressure side are arranged in the compression element 5. The roller 29 and the vanes 30 are formed of respective non-metallic material which is excellent in the strength and the wear resistance respectively. This constitution suppresses the wear of the roller 29 and the vanes 30 even when the viscosity of the lubrication oil 6 is reduced or the oil film break is generated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To feed oil not containing liquefied refrigerant to a shaft part so as to prevent oil film break and the lowering of oil viscosity by forming a liquid refrigerant inlet pipe into double pipe structure, thereby preventing refrigerant from being liquefied on the surface of the inlet pipe. CONSTITUTION:An inlet pipe 24 piercing a closed container 1 and press-fitted into an auxiliary side housing 7 is of double pipe structure formed of an inner pipe 24a and an outer pipe 24b fixed through an air layer. At the starting time, liquid refrigerant condensed on the surface of the inlet pipe 24 is condensed on the inner pipe 24a of the double pipe but is not condensed on the outer pipe 24b because of the insulation due to double structure. The liquid refrigerant is thereby prevented from being liquefied on the surface of the inlet pipe 24 and dripping on oil 4 so as to keep the wear of a shaft 9 from being accelerated by oil film break and the lowering of oil viscosity.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To suppress supercooling due to delayed response of a damper opening/closing apparatus and prevent foods from being frozen by disposing a temperature sensitive section of the damper opening/closing apparatus of a third chamber disposed in a refrigeration chamber and controlled independently from the refrigeration chamber in close vicinity with an inner box disposed parallely to the refrigeration chamber. CONSTITUTION: A temperature adjusting apparatus 19 for a third chamber 8 disposed in a refrigeration chamber 7 and controlled independently from the refrigeration chamber is adapted such that a container section opened facing an inner box 3 and a cover is formed at a side end thereof, and a temperature sensitive section 13 of the damper opening/closing apparatus 12 is contained in the container section such that it approaches the inner box 3. Hereby, when fresh air temperature is lowered, and when the refrigeration chamber damper opening/closing apparatus is set to be lower than usual cases and hence refrigeration chamber temperature is lowered, air temperature near the temperature sensitive section is lowered, so that the amount of discharged cold air into the third chamber is controlled to be slightly less, and hence inflow of unnecessary cold air is suppressed to prevent contained foods from being frozen owing to supercooling.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a baffle part from being frosted by disposing a screen upward a baffle of a damper opening/closing apparatus in a cold air discharge passage from a temperature adjusting apparatus to a refrigeration chamber, and providing a cold air discharge outlet to the refrigeration chamber at the left and right of an upper portion of the screen, and further communicating both cold air discharge outlets above the screen. CONSTITUTION: When a wet load is contained in a refrigeration chamber 3 at the time a full closing rate of a baffle 12 of a damper opening/closing apparatus 10 is high upon low fresh air temperature, warm moisture rising and invading from a cold air discharge passage 18a is obstructed with a screen 16 disposed on an upper portion of the baffle 12 in its downward convection and is deposited as frost on an inner wall surface of the cold air discharge passage 18b becoming low temperature owing to a duct part 13a during the time the warm moisture convects or stays in the second cold air discharge passage 18b, so that frosting due to invasion of the warm moisture in the refrigerator in the vicinity of the baffle 12 is substantially eliminated. Further, frost deposited on the inner wall surface of the cold air discharge passage 18b is sublimed with moisture removed cold air passing through a condenser 5 when the degree of an opening ratio of the baffle 12 of the damper opening/closing apparatus is high, and it is deposited on a lower temperature condenser not on the inner wall surface to keep thereafter smooth temperature control.

CONSTITUTION:A door for a refrigerator is constituted of an adiabatic, consisting of a multi-layer transparent glass plate 1 equipped with a heat line heater 15 on the rear surface thereof, a frame 16 for fixing lamination, which is provided with U-shaped grooves 17, windows 5, 7 abutted against the adiabatic, a decoratve frame 9, surrounding the outer peripheries of an outer panel 6 and an inner panel 19 inserted into the U-shaped grooves 17, an aluminum foil heater 12, bonded to the circumference of the window 5 on the rear surface of the outer panel 6, and expandable urethane adiabatic material 10, filled between the outer panel 6, the inner panel 19, the decorative frame 9 and the frame 16 for fixing lamination.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an extension of defrosting time due to an increased amount of frosting in a cooling unit in case of high cooling load and further prevent an increasing of temperature when defrosted by a method wherein in addition to performing a regular defrosting with a first timer, a defrosting is carried out from a continuous 'opened' time of a damper with a second timer. CONSTITUTION:A first timer 40 may generate an 'H' output at a specified time interval and continue to generate an 'L' signal during other time intervals. When the 'H' output is generated, a defrosting heater 48 is energized, a cooling unit 6 is defrosted and a compressor 26 and an air blower 7 are stopped. If a bimetal 39 reaches a predetermined temperature, an energization of the defrosting heater 47 is turned OFF and the compressor 26 and the air blower 7 are operated. The first timer 40 is zero cleared, and outputted again after a specified time elapses. The second timer 42 may generate an 'H' signal when a continuous 'open' time of a damper 13 of an electric damper 11 elapsed for a certain period of time. Subsequently, in the same manner as that of the first timer, upon completion of the defrosting operation, the compressor 26 and the air blower 7 are operated again and then the second timer 42 is zero cleared.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce unevenness of temperature in a third chamber and eliminate condensation and freezing in the vicinity of a refrigeration chamber suction port by forming a cold air suction port of a third chamber in a partition wall located backward from the cold air discharge port independently from the cold air suction port of the refrigeration chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cold air introduction passage 19 to a third chamber 4 is provided in a partition wall 14 such that one end is coupled with a cold air discharge passage 12 and the other is communicated with a cold air discharge port 20 provided frontally of the third chamber 4. A cold air return passage 21 of the third chamber 4 is adapted such that one side is coupled with a cold air return passage 15 of a refrigeration chamber 3 and the other is communicated with a cold air suction port 22 formed in the wall 14 in the rearward of the port 20 of the third chamber 4. Hereby, cold air is supplied to a front center of the third chamber, and hence there is eliminated temperature unevenness where a front part in the chamber is higher but a rear part in the chamber is lower, and the cold air does not pass through a suction port in a suction cold air refrigeration chamber and hence condensation and freezing are also prevented in the vicinity of the refrigeration chamber suction port.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a refrigerating action from being deteriorated by foods and reduce an irregular distribution of temperature by a method wherein a cold air feeding passage connected to a cold air discharging passage of a temperature adjustment device for a third chamber is arranged within a defined wall, and a case frame forming a cold air discharging passage having a plurality of cold air discharging holes and connected to the cold air feeding passage is mounted around a front surface of the third chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cold air feeding passage 19 extended to a third chamber 4 is connected to a third chamber cold air discharging passage 12, arranged in a partition wall 14. A case frame 20 opposing against a door 17 is arranged around a front surface of a third chamber 4, its upper part has a plurality of cold air discharging holes 21, and a cold air discharging passage 23 communicating with the third chamber cold air feeding passage 19 is formed by a communication port 22. Cold air controlled to a proper amount by a damper opening or closing device 10 is guided to a cold air discharging passage 23 through a cold air discharging passage 12 and the cold air feeding passage 19, cold air is supplied through a plurality of cold air discharging holes 21 toward the central part in front of an inner side of the third chamber 4, resulting in that dispersion of temperature or local freezing caused by arrangement of foods can be prevented, and concurrently, it is possible to collect irregular distribution of temperature caused by a structural aspect indicating a higher temperature at its inner front section than that of a rear part in the chamber.
