    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the fiber volume content of an FRP by increasing a pressurizing force by a bag member, and improve the quality and the physical property of the FRP by increasing the sealing performance of the bag member, and shorten the molding cycle in a vacuum molding of the FRP using the bag member. SOLUTION: At least a reinforcing fiber base material is arranged in the cavity of a die. Then, the bag material is arranged on the surface side of the die, and thus, the inside of the cavity is bagged and sealed. Then, the inside of the cavity is vacuumized, and at the same time, a resin is injected into the cavity for this vacuum molding method of the FRP. In such a vacuum molding method for the FRP, the bagging is doubly performed by using two sheets of the bag materials, and a space between both bag materials is vacuumized as well for the vacuum molding method for the FRP. Also, the sealing is doubly performed by the sealing material of the bag material, and a space between both sealing materials is vacuumized as well for the vacuum molding method for the FRP.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the clearance between the delivery port of the coater and a member to be coated to the original state in a well reproducible manner after venting air by holding a coater so as to be rotatable around a shaft line lying in the longitudinal direction of a delivery port of the coater and positioning the coater so as to take an operating attitude such that the delivery port is disposed opposite and parallel to the member to be coated. SOLUTION: In this die coater appropriately used for manufacturing a color filter, a slit die 40 is held inside a die holder 32 through a support means provided with a rotary holder 66, namely, at the time of allowing the slit die 40 to take an operating attitude such that a delivery port of the slit die 40 faces downward, the slit die 40 is connected to the die holder 32 by inserting a taper pin 70 into a tapered hole 72 of the die holder 32 and a tapered hole 74 of the rotary holder 66 with the rotary holder 66. At the time of removing air in the passage of a coating material, the taper pin 70 is pulled out from the tapered holes 72 and 74 to allow the delivery port of the slit die 40 to face upward. After venting air, the slit die 40 is rotated together with the rotary holder 66 so as to take the original operating attitude and restored to its original state in a well reproducible manner by inserting the taper pin 70 into the tapered holes 72 and 74.
