    Abstract: A printing plate (50) is provided with a plurality of positioning holes (50d) at the head portion (50a) on the basis of at least two cross sides (51a, 51b) of the printing plate (50). The printing plate (50) is delivered towards the plate cylinder (3) by the predetermined distance on the basis of two cross sides (51a, 51b) in relation to the rotation of the plate cylinder (3) so that each positioning holes (50d) can be engaged with the corresponding positioning pins (315) of the plate cylinder (3). This allows the printing plate (50) to be automatically and accurately mounted onto the designated position of the plate cylinder (3).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meandering of filament yarn and deterioration of quality due to losing its shape of a clustered filament yarn bundle by arranging a pair of filament yarn holding bars at a space, continuously winding a filament yarn round the paired filament yarn holding bars in the outer peripheral direction, and moving the filament yarn in the axial direction of the filament yarn holding bar. SOLUTION: Plural filament yarn 1a, 1b, 1c are guided to a tension applying plate by each filament yarn by a partition guide 9 and a filament yarn path guide 10. A direct acting machine 19 is moved forward and backward, whereby arbitrary compression force is transmitted to a filament yarn clamped between two tension applying plates through an elastic body and a film to apply suitable tension thereto. The filament yarn 1 which has passed through the tension applying plates is guided to the peripheral part of a filament yarn holding bar 2 by a take-up guide 7. The take-up guide 7 is rotated about the outer peripheral part of the paired filament yarn holding bars by a direct-acting actuator 6 to wind the filament yarn 1 round the filament yarn holding bars 2a, 2b. Further, the take-up guide 7 is moved pitch by pitch in the longitudinal direction of the filament yarn holding bar 2 with every turn.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To sanitarily and smoothly insert a thread bundle into a case without giving damage to the thread bundle. CONSTITUTION:A thread bundle W is inserted into a sheetlike material 2a previously formed into a cylindrical shape. The thread bundle W is squeezed to a dimension not larger than the inside diameter of a case 8 in the radial direction from the circumference. The front of the sheetlike material 2a is inserted into the case 8 in the squeezed state. The thread bundle W is extruded in the front direction of the sheetlike material 2a and only the sheetlike material 2a is extracted from the inside of the case 8. Thereby the thread bundle W is loaded into the case 8.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simultaneously and easily perform the exchange of mandrels by a method wherein a take-up arm, on which a plurality of take-up shafts are mounted, is rotatingly moved and a housing part houses the mandrels, the number of which is two times as many as that of the take-up shafts and a mandrel housing stand is moved. CONSTITUTION:At a take-up part 1, mandrels 6, which are respectively mounted on a plurality of take-up shafts 5, are rotated so as to wind resin-impregnated filaments 7 round the mandrels 6. A take-up arm 4 is rotated about a shaft 9 at a driving part 19 towards a mandrel housing stand 10 so as to exchange mandrels 6, the winding-up onto each of which has completed, and unwound mandrels 8 between the take-up part 1 and a housing part 3. The mandrel housing stand 10 in the housing part 3 houses the mandrels 6, the winding-up of resin-impregnated filament 7 on each of which has completed, from the respective take-up shafts 5 and houses in advance unwound mandrels 8 to be mounted to the take-up shafts 5. Finally, by moving the mandrel housing stand 10 with a supporting stand 16, the housing positions of the mandrels 6, the winding-up onto each of which has completed, are changed over to the positions, at each of which an unwound mandrel 8 is mounted through a fixture 11 to an unoccupied take-up shaft 5.

CONSTITUTION:When the tail end of a new block 50 is completely drawn from a block supply base 901, the presence or absence of the new block 50 is detected again by a block presence detection sensor 544. At this time, when an erroneous block head grasp of a block head grasping pawl 312 occurs, the block 50 remains on the base 901. Accordingly, the block 50 is detected by the sensor 544. In this case, a printer motor is controlled to be immediately stopped in emergency on the basis of a command from a microprocessor 21. With the above construction, an erroneous block winding can be detected in a simple structure of a multicolor printer to prevent various inconveniences from occurring owing to the erroneous winding of the block.
