    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a method for weaving by which warp yarn breakage due to sagging or slacking of pattern warp yarns or defective flying of weft yarns due to defective shedding can be prevented from occurring by using a machine of a specification of using usual one warp yarn beam as a base. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of this method for weaving pattern woven fabric comprises operating an easing motion for pattern warp yarns in the direction opposite to that of an easing motion for ground warp yarns in weaving pattern woven fabric having a weaving pattern in the warp yarn direction. Furthermore, the characteristic of this apparatus for easing for weaving the pattern woven fabric comprises an easing roller 3 for the ground warp yarns, a subeasing roller 4 for the pattern warp yarns and further a means for driving the easing roller and the subeasing roller so as to operate the easing motion for the ground warp yarns 1 and the easing motion for the pattern warp yarns 2 in the opposite direction in an apparatus for easing in a loom for weaving the pattern woven fabric.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a thin ink ribbon hard to generate a graphic spot by aligning a plurality of threads each composed of synthetic fiber filament yarn and allowing the same to float and sink as one unit to form a fabric having an induced plain fabric structure and forming the ink ribbon from said fabric. CONSTITUTION:Base cloth for an ink ribbon is composed of a fabric formed from an induced plain fabric structure obtained by aligning a plurality of threads composed of synthetic fiber filament yarns and allowing the same to float and sink as one unit. By employing the specific fabric structure being the induced plain fabric structure is the base both, an ink ribbon hard to generate a graphic spot in spite of a thin structure is obtained. The induced plain fabric structure is a woven structure wherein a plurality of threads composed of synthetic fiber filament yarns are aligned and allowed to float and sink as one unit and also called a derivative plain fabric structure in general and concretely means a woven fabric called rib weave, mat weave, fancy and figured rib weave, fancy and figured mat weave, or oblique rib weave. A direction using a plurality of threads may be set to at least one direction of a fabric but it is most pref. to set said direction to warp and weft yarn directions.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title soft woven fabric useful for coat, etc., having waterproofness and water vapor transmission, by using onion yarn comprising multifilament yarn of synthetic fiber, with contracting function, having open loops and closed loops on the surface as warp, etc., and spun yarn as the other weft, etc. CONSTITUTION:Union combined filament yarn comprising multifilament yarn of synthetic fiber (e.g. polyester filament) with contracting function, having open loops and closed loops on the surface is used as warp (or weft) of woven fabric and spun yarn (e.g. polyester spun yarn) is utilized as the other weft (or warp) and yarn having 2,000-3,500 sum of cover factor of the warp and the weft is woven in a plain textile weave) by a repier loom to give the aimed union high-density woven fabric. Union combined filament yarn having >=10% boiling water shrinkage factor is preferably used as the onion combined filament yarn.
