PURPOSE: A pedestrian network generation method which utilizes existing spatial information is provided to automatically establish a pedestrian network, thereby reducing time required for pedestrian network establishment. CONSTITUTION: A pedestrian network generation method which utilizes existing spatial information is comprised of the following procedures. A main memory receives existing first spatial information as input data. Pedestrian space is extracted from the first spatial information in order to arrange a surrounding region of a first main road into a linear shape(S10). Pedestrian space for the linearization of inside of a block surrounded by a main road of a second-step construction target region is extracted from existing second spatial information(S20). A first class basic network is generated through a linearization process using a program within a main memory. A second class basic network is generated through the linearization process using the program within the main memory. A node-link network structure is created using the program within the main memory by merging gateway information extracted from a gateway layer and the basic network.

본 발명은 날씨정보를 활용한 침수정보 생성 및 이를 이용한 내비게이션용 서비스 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 수치표고모델을 이용하여 상대적 고도를 적용한 침수취약 링크를 분석하는 단계와; (b) 침수 취약정도의 결과를 정량적으로 나타내는 고도차 등급과 기상청 강수량정보 및 침수로 인한 교통통제 이력정보를 바탕으로 침수위험지수를 생성하는 단계로 구성됨으로써, 폭우나 집중호우와 같은 이상 기상현상 시 강수량 정보를 활용하여 침수가 발생할 수 있는 링크를 분석하고 이를 침수정보로 정량화하며, 정량적으로 지수화된 침수정보를 차량용 내비게이션의 경로탐색에 적용하여 안전한 경로를 제공함으로써 차량용 내비게이션 사용자로 하여금 침수된 도로의 통행을 미연에 방지하기 위한 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 IDS 유전자가 포함된 식물체 생장 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 아이소펜테닐 이인산 합성효소(IDS, isopentenyl diphosphate synthase)(또는 HDR, 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-2-(E)-butenyl 4-diphosphate reductase) 유전자를 포함하는 식물체 생장 촉진용 조성물, 상기 유전자와 상기 유전자를 과발현 시키기 위한 프로모터가 삽입된 형질전환 식물체, 상기 유전자와 상기 프로모터를 삽입하여 식물체의 생장을 촉진시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 IDS 유전자가 삽입되어 형질전환된 식물체는 형질전환되지 않은 식물체에 비하여 길이 생장이 탁월하며, 엽록소(Chlorophyll)와 카로티노이드(Carotenoid) 함량이 높아 광합성률이 높고, 특히 식물 성장 효소인 지베렐린의 형성과 관련된 유전자의 발현 수준이 현저히 높아 생장이 매우 우월한 특성이 있다. 나아가 식물성 이차대사물인 터펜 함량과 합성 유전자 수준도 높다.

PURPOSE: A flooding information generation and service method for a navigation device using the same for utilizing weather information for analyzing a link is provided to supply safe route by applying quantitatively indexed flooding information as a route search of a car navigation device. CONSTITUTION: A flooding-vulnerable link applying relative altitude is analyzed by using a digital elevation model(S10). A flooding risk index is generated(S20). A safety mode selecting the weighted value of the flooding danger index is selected(S30). The real-time weather information is transmitted the navigation device. A user applies the weighted value of the flooding danger index in the safety mode.

CONSTITUTION: Administrative district code information is checked(S230), and it is checked whether or not the last serial number of the district code information exists(S240). If the last serial number of the district code information does not exist, the number 000001 is assigned to the serial number(S250). If the last serial number exists, the number which is equal to 1 plus the last serial number is assigned as the serial number(S260). A spatial object identifier is generated(S270).
