    Abstract: A stop lamp switch of a brake pedal is provided to improve remarkably installation work efficiency by setting accurately and easily a proper position for a brake pedal. A stop lamp switch of a brake pedal includes a pedal switch plate, a switch fixing bracket, a switch assembly(13), an uneven protrusion, and a magnet. The pedal switch is installed in a fixed state with respect to a vehicle body. The switch assembly is installed at the pedal switch plate. The switch fixing bracket includes at least one or more fixing protrusions. The switch assembly is inserted into the switch fixing bracket in order to perform linear motion along a pressing direction of a brake pedal. The switch assembly includes a hall sensor and an electronic circuit for operating the hall sensor to generate a signal according to an approaching state of the magnet. The uneven protrusion is engaged with the fixing protrusion of the switch fixing bracket in order to fix a moved state of the switch assembly with respect to the switch fixing bracket. The magnet is fixed with respect to the brake pedal in order to be sensed by the hall sensor.
