Abstract: 본 발명은 전기방사를 이용한 원적외선 방출, 항균 및 소취 특성을 갖는 나노섬유 부직포의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 특정농도의 폴리우레탄 용액에, 유기용매에 용해되지 않는 기능성 무기입자 즉, 원적외선 방출입자, 항균 무기입자 및 소취 무기입자를 일정비율로 첨가한 전기방사 용액을 전기방사하여 나노섬유 부직포를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조한 나노섬유 부직포는 섬유가닥에 무기입자가 혼입되어 공기와 접촉되는 무기입자의 표면적이 커서 무기입자의 효능과 지속성을 극대화 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 고효율로 원적외선을 방출하면서도 항균 및 소취 특성이 우수한 나노섬유 부직포를 얻을 수 있으며, 부직포는 자동차 헤드라이너 등의 내장부품에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning system of electric vehicle comprises a blower(10), an inverter(20), a first air intake line(1), a second air intake line(2), a first valve(6), an air supply line(4b), an air exhaust line(5), and a second valve(7). The blower supplies air to be supplied. The air, provided by the blower, passes through the inverter. The outside air is inhaled through the first air intake line and second air intake line to the blower. The first valve selectively opens the flow path of the second air intake line and first air intake line. The air, passing through the inverter, is supplied to the vehicle room through the air supply line. The inverter is frozen with the air passing through the inverter and the indoor heating operates at the same time.
