PURPOSE: Provided is a resin composition for mat backing in automobile, which has hardness, and excellent physical properties, such as flexibility, heat resistance, cold resistance, and moldability, and at the same time, does not exhibit an unpleasant odor. CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene resin composition comprises (A) 1-30 parts by weight of amorphous polypropylene consisting of dimer having 1-20 wt% of propylene homopolymer or propylene and C2-C10 alpha-olefin; (B) 10-20 parts by weight of crystalline polypropylene consisting of dimer having 1-25 wt% of propylene homopolymer or propylene and C2-C10 alpha-olefin; (C) 30-70 parts by weight of ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber consisting of dimer having 25-60 wt% of ethylene and C2-10 alpha-olefin; (D) 1-30 parts by weight of processing oil selected from paraffin oil, aromatic oil, and naphthene oil; and (E) 1-20 parts by weight of mineral filler selected from talc, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, magnesium, calcium stearate, mica, silica, calcium silicate, clay, and carbon black.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, more specifically to a thermoplastic resin composition with superior extrusion and calendar formability and directly coatable without using primer because the crosslinking density can be arranged to improve the physical and chemical properties of the composition and the solubility to the solvent is increased during the coating process by including processing oil, inorganic filler, crosslinking agent and crosslinking assistant in random polypropylene resin, highly-crystalline random polypropylene resin, highly-crystalline polyolefin resin, olefin copolymer rubber and low-density polyethylene resin. This thermoplastic resin composition may be suitable for the use as surface material of the inner parts of automobiles.

PURPOSE: A polyolefin composite resin composition having low linear expansion property is provided to accomplish reduction of shrinkage, linear thermal expansion coefficient and heat sag, and superior dimension-stability as well as excellent mechanical rigidity, impact-resistance, heat-resistance, injection molding property and smoothness of products. CONSTITUTION: The polyolefin composite resin composition comprises 40-80 wt.% of crystalline ethylene-propylene copolymer; 5-40 wt.% of ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer; 5-30 wt.% of calcium-metha-silicate base ulastonite; and 5-30 wt.% of inorganic filler based on total amount of the composition. The crystalline copolymer consists of at least one of ethylene-propylene copolymer containing 0.5-50 wt.% of ethylene and 50-99 wt.% of propylene and 0.5-35 wt.% of ethylene-propylene rubber and having a melt index of 5-60g/10min. (230 deg.C., 2.16kg). The ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer includes at least one of ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer containing 20-50 wt.% of alpha-olefine and having a melt index of 0.1-15g/10min. The present invention relates to a scratch self-recovering paint composition and, more specifically, to a scratch self-recovering paint composition including a polyester polyol resin which is a soft resin, an acryl polyol resin which is a hard resin, a curing agent, a moisture dispersing agent, a leveling agent, and a UN additive, to obtain properties of the level able to be used as a vehicle interior material, slowly recover scratch on the surface of the paint composition at room temperature to extend the lifetime of the interior material, and have an effect of maintaining high gloss paint of the interior material without additional costs.
