CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of unit 21 having sieve meshes 23 are mutually connected through the male and female engaging parts provided at the respective side ends thereof, thus making up the objective handling chamber-receiving net. In this case, the sieve meshes 23 of each unit 21 are made by dividing with a synthetic resin material excellent in both wear resistance and water repellency.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material excellent in the mechanical properties and the appearance by impregnating the continuous rovings of reinforcing fibers with a thermoplastic resin, forming a strand from the impregnated rovings, cutting the strand in a prescribed length, plasticizing the obtained pellets and subsequently extruding the melted pellets into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:1000-5000 reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers each having a diameter of 5-50mum are collected, and one to ten of the collected products are further collected to form a continuous roving, which is arranged in a cross head die. A thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene is melt-plasticized and fed into the die from an extruder to impregnate the continuous rovings with the melted thermoplastic resin. The excessive part of the resin adhered to the rovings is squeezed off and continuously drawn out to obtain a strand-like continuous fiber-reinforced composite material. The composite material is cut in a length of 5-100mm to form pellets, which are plasticized with a screw and extruded into a sheet-like shape, thereby reducing the breakage of the reinforcing fibers and the opening of the reinforcing fiber bundle and simultaneously facilitating the flowing of the reinforcing fibers into the complicated shape parts of a molded product such as a rib or boss.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To readily scrape away dirt sticking to the surface of a conveying belt and to reduce a friction coefficient with respect to glass and load current by forming plural oblong holes on the surface of the belt. CONSTITUTION:The title belt is formed by molding thermoplastic elastomer and is the endless conveying belt 5 for a copying machine which sets originals to the surface of a platen glass one by one. Plural oblong holes 6 are formed on the surface of the belt. When the belt is driven, the friction coefficient with respect to glass can be lowered owing to the existence of the oblong holes, which allows reduction in load current. To clean out dirt with cleaner, it can be readily scraped away along the oblong holes. Thus the conveying belt can be readily cleaned, and reductions in the friction coefficient with respect to the glass and in load current are accomplished.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve seating amenity by relatively rotating a seat plate and a beck plate fitted to a car loading frame and slidably supporting the seat plate on the frame. CONSTITUTION:A seat plate 14 and a back plate 16 are supported on a frame 16, and the seat plate 14 and the back plate 16 are connected to each other by a pin 20 to change the relative angle. The seat plate 14 is loaded and supported on a frame 12A through a pair of slide mechanisms 24. Though the slide mechanisms 24 are put into a looking state, with a lock lever gotten in a notch 30, when the lock lever 32 is drawn cut of the notch 30, the seat plate 14 can be moved relatively to a horizontal portion 12A. In this arrangement, the seat plate 14 can be slid to the frame 12, so that it is not necessary to lift up the seat plate 14 at the time of reclining and the plate is moved smoothly to improve seating amenity for a child.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by arranging correctly a base body of a nut at a predetermined position on the inside of a cavity of a mold, by a method wherein the base body of the nut is supported with a pin by providing the pin in a standing state by a predetermined height from the surface of the mold, and synthetic resin is cast under that state. CONSTITUTION:A cavity (c) demarcating the whole surface of a nut is formed with molds (a), (b). Then a hole (f) in which a core (e) where a male screw (d) is formed is fitted is bored into the surface of the mold (a), and the core (e) is buried into the hole (f). A stopper pin (g) is provided on the surface of the mold (a) in a standing state, and a projecting length of the pin (g) is decided to be a length of a base body (k) of the nut which is to be stayed within a predetermined position of a space of the cavity (c). The mold (b) is constituted so as to be combined with the mold (a). Then the circumference of the base body (k) of the nut is covered with synthetic resin (h) by casting the synthetic resin within the cavity (c). Then the mold (b) is removed, a molded nut N is pulled out of the mold (a) while the core (e) is kept screwed on, and at a point of time when the pin (g) has gotten out of the inside of the synthetic resin (h) completely, the nut N is screwed off from the male screw (d) of the core (e).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A composition that is composed of a styrene block copolymer, a low-molecular-weight olefin, an olefinic processing aid and a plasticizer oil, thus being suitable for use as water tanks and their peripheral equipment, because it resists deterioration caused by chlorine in drinking water, causes no migration of the plasticizer into water and has reduced permanent compression set. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by using (A) 30-60wt% of a styrene block copolymer (SEBS), (B) 15-30wt% of a low molecular weight olefinic softenic agent (PIB) (C) 5-30wt% of a plasticizer oil and (D) 5-30wt% of an olefinic processing aid. Component A is preferably a styrene-ethylene- butylene-styrene block copolymer of 10-50wt% of styrene and 10,000-300,000 mol.wt. component B has preferably molecular weight of 30,000-50,000. Component D is preferably polypropylene or an ethylene-propylene block copolymer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the titled sealing material which has excellent elasticity and restoring force and does not soften even under high temperature conditions, consisting of a thermoplastic elastomer mainly composed of a styrene block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A sealing material 100 composed of a thermoplastic elastomer is obtd. by blending 5-40pts.wt. olefin modifier (e.g., PP), 10-80pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g., paraffin oil) and 5-50pts.wt. filler (e.g., silica) with 100pts.wt. styrene block copolymer having an MW of 10,000-300,000 and a styrene content of 10- 70wt%. The sealing material 100 is interposed between flanges 3, 3 of a unit panel 2 having the flanges 3 whose peripheral edges are bent in the same direction. The flanges are clamped by means of a bolt 4 and a nut 5 to assemble a panel cistern 1.
