    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent sticking at the time of plate making and to improve printing durability by bonding a biaxially stretched film composed of a thermoplastic resin and a porous support and arranging a release layer to the opposite surface of the biaxially stretched film and adding specific particles to the release layer. CONSTITUTION:Stencil paper for thermal screen printing is constituted by bonding a biaxially stretched film composed of a thermoplastic resin and a porous support. A release layer based on a waxy compsn. is arranged to the surface opposite to the surface having the porous support of the biaxially stretched film and at least one kind of particles composed of a component selected from rutile type titanium oxide, alpha-alumina, single crystal zirconia, cerium oxide, titanium nitride and the others and having a mean particle size of 0.001-0.5mum are added to the release layer. By this constitution, the stencil paper for thermal screen printing generating no sticking at the time of plate making and excellent in printing durability is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a metallized composite polymer sheet having excellent various properties by layering a metal and/or metallic oxide on a polymer sheet consisting of crystalline polymer and hydride in ring-opening polymer of dicyclopentadiene whose glass transition point is specified. CONSTITUTION:On a polymer sheet consisting of a crystalline polymer and a hydride in ring-opening polymer of dicyclopentadiene having a glass transition point of 80 deg.C or higher a metal and/or metallic oxide is layered so as to form a metallized composite polymer sheet. The polymer sheet may be made of an admixture of the crystalline polymer and the hydride in the ring-opening polymer of the dicyclopentadiene having the glass transition point of 80 deg.C or higher.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a release film applied as a carrier sheet at the time of cast molding such as a ceramic sheet by forming a coating layer composed of a silicone resin onto one surface, etc., of a polyphenylene sulfide film while specifying a heat shrinkage factor. CONSTITUTION:A release film is constituted by forming a coating layer consisting of a silicone resin onto at least one surface of a poly-phenylene sulfide film. A heat shrinkage factor for thirty min at 100 deg.C is set in 0.3% or less. Consequently, the release film constituted is particularly applied as a carrier sheet at the time of cast molding such as a ceramic sheet. On the other hand, poly-p-phenylene sulfide is used as the main object of polyphenylene sulfide, and a substance, in which there is a not less than 70mol% p-phenylene sulfide unit, is favorable. The partial crosslinked body of organic polysiloxane is employed as the silicone resin, and an alkyl group, etc., are used as an organic chain bonded with a siloxane unit.
