    Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle structure for a railway vehicle and the production method are provided to reduce the length of the process, the cost of production, and the cost of maintenance by making a light body with aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A base plate unit(11) coupled in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle as a symmetrical structure of a first base plate and a second base plate. A center sill unit including a center sill to install a coupler is formed as a group and coupled to the front and rear side of the base plate unit. An under frame is formed by forming a bolster unit of a group forming a body bolster for installation of a trolley and coupling to the front and rear side of each center sill. Coupling the side-upper, meddle, and lower panel as a laminated structure between the side-lower panel and upper panel forms a side frame. Coupling the upper, middle, and lower roof frame form a roof frame(30). A brush bar(40) of a group connects the side frame and the under frame. A cant rail(50) of a group connects the roof frame to the side frame.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An under frame of a train and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce a producing cost by minimizing component and to improve rigidity. CONSTITUTION: An under frame of a train comprises a bracket combined to a floor portion of a body(2); a T-slot attaching a chair on an under frame; second base plates(22,22') formed around a first base plate(21); a tooth combining hole(23) protruded on a connecting portion of the base plates; a tooth combining piece(24) protruded on a sidewall of the second base plate for combining to a sol bar; a connector mounting member combined to a lower portion of the body; and a bolt hole formed on the sidewall. Thereby, the under frame of the train reduces a producing cost by attaching the connector mounting member on the lower portion of the body. Moreover, the under frame of the train improves rigidity by preventing damage caused by heat.

CONSTITUTION: A device for reversing an under frame is formed in the both ends of a body frame(20) and a sling rope(28) is lifted by a crane in the state of inserting an under frame(30). Also the sling rope is lifted in more than a regular length for reversing the under frame, and fixed without shaking by hanging on a driving wheel(26). A driving unit(22) operated by a motor, is installed in the upper side of the body frame for rotating the sling rope, and a decelerator(24) is installed between the driving unit and the driving wheel for precisely delivering the rotation of the driving unit to the driving wheel.
