Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a vehicle is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by inducing flow change in working fluid flowing inside and facilitating turbulence generation in the working fluid flowing outside when the working fluid mutually exchanges the heat. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle comprises an inflow tank(110), a discharge tank(120), and one or more radiation units(130). The inflow tank draws working fluid through an inflow hole(112) formed on one side. The discharge tank is separated from the inflow tank and discharges the working fluid in which heat exchange is completed through a discharge hole(122). The radiation unit is connected to a plate(132) forming one or more protrusion units(134) along a longitudinal direction and forms one or more connection pipes(138) including a connection fluid path in order to move the working fluid inside. The radiation unit cools the working fluid passing through the connection fluid path through mutual heat exchange with the working fluid flowing in the outside of the connection pipe and mutually connects the inflow tank and the discharge tank.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A condenser for a vehicle is provided to reduce production costs and weight by simplifying the layout of a connection pipe and reducing components. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(100) for a vehicle comprises a first radiation part(110), a second radiation part(120), a receiver dryer part(130), and a lower cover(140). Multiple plates(111,131) are laminated to form the first radiation part. The first radiation part is connected to a radiator to circulate cooling water and a refrigerant supplied from a compressor, thereby condensing the refrigerant. The second radiation part is integrated in the lower part of the first radiation part. Multiple plates are laminated to form the receiver dryer part and are separately arranged from the first and second radiation parts. The receiver dryer part supplies the refrigerant to the second radiation part after separating the gas and liquid of the refrigerant and removing the moisture from the refrigerant.

The radiator is formed with different connection fluid passages inside by laminating a plurality of plates(111) to heat-exchange by allowing different working fluids to flow in each connection fluid passage. Different kinds of working fluid flow into the flow paths respectively, thereby becoming heat exchanged. The branch unit connects one of the inlet holes and one of the outlet holes which are formed in the heat-radiating part to make the working fluid flow in and out. The branch unit is mounted on the outside of the heat-radiating part so that the working fluid which has flown in is bypassed according to the temperature of the working fluid without passing through the heat-radiating part.
