Abstract: A transmission including a shift plate; an engaging plate; and an elastic member is introduced. Abstract: PURPOSE: A gear control lever for a vehicle is provided to improve a shift feeling for a driver by removing plays between an insert lever and a bullet. CONSTITUTION: A gear control lever for a vehicle comprises an insert lever(20), a bullet(30), a spring, a lower C-ring, and an upper C-ring. The insert lever comprises a lower part slope in the outer periphery and is protruded in a shift lever(10). The bullet comprises an upper part slope in the inner periphery and is inserted into the insert lever. The spring is formed in between the insert lever and bullet. The spring applies elasticity by being supported by the insert lever and bullet by both ends when the bullet moves towards the shift lever. The lower C-ring is formed in between the lower part slope and spring. The lower C-ring comes in touch with the inner periphery of the bullet and the lower part slope by being elastically deformed through the elasticity of the spring. The upper C-ring is formed in between the upper part slope and spring. The upper C-ring comes in touch with the outer periphery of the insert lever and the upper part slope by being elastically deformed through the elasticity of the spring.
