    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily form a thin film having superior superconducting characteristics by coating a heat resistant base material with a soln. of org. compds. of Bi, Sr, Ca and Cu including an org. carbonate compd. as at least one of the org. compds. and by calcining the resulting thin film in an oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Org. compds. of Bi, Sr end Ca including an org. carbonate compd. as at least one of the org. compds. and Cu compd. are dissolved in a solvent such as DMF in about 1:1:1:2 ratio of Bi:Sr:Ca:Cu to prepare a soln. having 0.05-1mol/l concn. This soln. is sprayed on a heat resistant base material heated to 200-800 deg.C in an atmosphere contg. oxygen or water to form a thin film of a precursor contg. the org. compds. This thin film is calcined at 700-900 deg.C in an oxidizing atmosphere for several ten minutes - several ten hours.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the formation of superconductive layers on the base even at elevated temperature, by bringing mist drops of a solution containing nitrates of Y, Nd, Sm or the like, Ba nitrate and Cu nitrate in such an amount as satisfying a specific relation, into contact with the base. CONSTITUTION:A nitrate of alpha (alpha is an element selected from Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu) such as Y(NO3)3 and/or Er(NO3)3, Ba(NO3)2, and Cu(NO3)2 are dissolved in a solvent such as water or a variety of alcohols in a concentration of 1-1,000mmol/l and the solution is adjusted so that the relations of the equation: n(Cu)/n(alpha)=3.0+0.5 and the equation: n(Cu)/n(Ba)=[-2.86X10 X(t-450)]+1.5+0.3 where n(Cu) is the number of Cu atoms; n(Ba) is the number of Ba atoms; n(alpha) is the number of alpha atoms; t is the temperature of the base in deg.C are satisfied. Then, the solution is atomized with a sprayer using a pressurized gas, the atomized drops are applied to the base of a sheet or fibers heated at 450-1,000 deg.C to form a superconductive film on the base.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain excellent superconductive characteristic and improve strength by coating a specific superconducting ceramic material on a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting ceramic material expressed by the formula I is coated on a reinforcing material. The reinforcing material with various shapes, e.g., tape, sheet, foil, plate, fiber, wire shapes, can be used, it may be hollow. If it is hollow, a refrigerant such as liquid helium or liquid nitrogen can be fed through this hollow section while in use. The superconductivity transition temperature is high, and excellent strength is obtained because the reinforcing material is used.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting material having excellent superconductivity with hardly any oxygen defects on the surface layer part, by implanting ions in a superconducting material having a specific composition using an ion implanting method and heat-treating the resultant material in an oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Powder of compounds, such as oxides, hydroxides, carbonates, nitrates or oxalates, of component elements having -10 Torr so as to provide about 10 -10 ions/cm and enter to about 3mu depth from the surface. The resultant material is subsequently heat-treated at a lower temperature than that in the above-mentioned sintering in an oxidizing atmosphere for 1min-10hr.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which allows the simplification of production stages and the curing of a resin not to be irradiated with light in the production of the sticking type optical recording medium and has excellent reliability and durability and to produce such optical recording medium at a low cost. SOLUTION: This process for producing the optical recording medium comprises providing at least one opposite surface of two sheets of substrates facing each other with recording layers and sticking both opposite surfaces to each other with adhesive. Two-pack adhesive is used as the adhesive of this time. The one resin of the two-pack adhesive is applied on one of the two substrates and the other resin of the two-pack adhesive is applied on another substrate or the substrate coated with the one resin. The two substrates are then superposed on each other.
