Abstract: Procedimiento para remover una solución que contiene una sustancia a ensayar, inyectada en un chip de análisis, en el que: dicho chip de análisis comprende un hueco en el que se inyecta dicha solución que contiene una sustancia a ensayar; y una sustancia de unión selectiva, que se une selectivamente a dicha sustancia a ensayar, se inmoviliza en la totalidad o en una parte de la superficie inferior de dicho hueco, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento: inyectar dicha solución que contiene la sustancia a ensayar en el espacio de dicho hueco de dicho chip de análisis, de tal modo que dicho espacio queda parcialmente sin llenar; y hacer girar dicho chip de análisis al que se ha inyectado dicha solución que contiene la sustancia a ensayar, aplicando una aceleración centrífuga no menor de 1×g, en el que dicho chip de análisis al que se ha inyectado dicha solución que contiene la sustancia a ensayar se hace girar con un radio de rotación de 0,1 mm a 10 mm, y en el que dicha solución que contiene la sustancia a ensayar es inyectada en dicho hueco, de tal modo que queda sin llenar del 10 % al 70 % de dicho espacio.

Abstract: The method of stirring a solution according to the present invention is a method of stirring a solution comprising contacting a selective binding substance immobilized on the surface of a carrier with a solution containing an analyte substance reactive with the selective binding substance, and mixing the fme particles or air bubbles into the solution containing an analyte substance, and moving the fine particles or air bubbles without allowing contact thereof with the selective binding substance-immobilized surface. The present invention provides a stirring method that accelerates the reaction of a carrier-immobilized selective binding substance with an analyte substance and detects a trace amount of analyte at high signal intensity and high S/N ratio. The present invention enables diagnosis and examination in the clinical setting by using a selective binding substance-immobilized carrier such as DNA chip.

By this invention, generation of bubbles which inhibit the selective reaction between the test substance and the immobilized selective binding substance is suppressed, thereby reducing the deviation of data, suppressing the lowering of sensitivity, and promoting the reproducibility of the measurement.
