Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door which is not felt heavy when opened, revolves slowly and closes air-tightly, while having a function of fully opening when opened slightly and fully closing when closed slightly, produces little sound of impact upon closing, and stops temporarily so as to prevent fingers from being caught when strong sudden force is applied to the door. SOLUTION: The invention includes a structure for deceleration without the need of oil viscosity resistance nor friction resistance. A closing speed is controlled by varying the direction of the force. The door is revolved with spring force set to the minimum. Even if the door stops immediately before closing, the device continues to revolve so as to increase the spring force to the maximum. The door closes air-tightly via a first door with little sound of the impact. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain smooth opening/closing motion and improve safety in a side sliding door device for an electric railcar having a side sliding door hang down and supported so as to move freely through a door roller. SOLUTION: A guide roller 8 for regulating an upward motion of the side sliding door 1 is newly provided other than the conventional door roller 3 for supporting a downward load of the side sliding door 1, and a gap between the guide roller 8 and a ceiling surface of a door rail 2 is set to be smaller than the one of the railcar 3. Because the side sliding door 1 receives a lateral load from the passenger and the guide roller 8 is brought into contact with the door rail ceiling surface before the door roller 3 is brought into contact with the door rail ceiling surface even when the door roller 3 moves upward along a curvature surface of a door rail floor surface, fixing is not caused by bringing the door roller 3 into contact with the door rail ceiling surface. Besides, even when the side sliding door 1 bites foreign matter in a large gap between the door roller 3 and the door rail ceiling surface, the side sliding door is not largely inclined.
