PURPOSE: A cream containing fucoidan and crude drug extract is provided to remarkably relieve atopic dermatitis and to reduce histamine concentration. CONSTITUTION: A cream for improving atopic dermatitis contains 2-5 wt% of fucoidan and 5-17 wt% of crude drug extract of Chamonilla Recutita(Matricaria)flower/leaf extract, Magnoria denudata flower extract, or Glycyrrhias glabra(Licorice) root extract as an active ingredient. The cream also contains Nepetae Spica extracts, Saururus chinensis Baill extract, Smilacis Rhizoma extracts, ginkgo leaf extract, or HA(hyaluronic acid).

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing alginic acid and volcanic rock for a powder pack of peel-off type is provided to delay gelling. CONSTITUTION: A powder pack composition of peel-off type contains 60 weight% of diatomite, 20 weight% of volcanic powder, 13 weight% of alginic acid, 1.0 weight% of pyrophosphate, 0.5 weight% of sodium carbonate, and 5.5 weight% of gypsum dehydrate. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of heating volcanic rock at 800°C for two hours and pulverizing; a stop of passing through a cyclone filter and collecting; a step of removing ferrous oxide components by a magnetic remover; a step of adding 13 weight% of alginic acid as a film forming agent; a step of adding 1.5 weight% of mixture of pyrophosphate and sodium carbonate; and a step of adding 5.5 weight% of gypsum dihydrate.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing microparticulated calcium powder comprises the steps of: adding excipient to calcium extracted from seaweed and solvent in 2 ~8 % concentration and preparing a mixed solution so that a mixing ratio of a solvent is 20~40%; wet-pulverizing the mixed solution to prepare ultra-fine liquid calcium; mixing the ultra-fine liquid calcium with distilled water in a ratio of 3:1 and homogenizing them; and spray-drying the homogenized ultra-fine liquid calcium.

CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive corrosion diagnosis system using electrical specific-resistivity estimation of a concrete structure comprises an electrode part(40), a controller(10), and a measuring device part(20), and a connection part(30). The electrode part comprises a voltage electrodes and current electrodes(41). The controller monitors the measurement result by using a monitor in real time. The connection part respectively and electrically connects the controller and the measuring device part.
