본발명에따른시청자그룹별타깃팅광고방법은시청가구별로시청자의성별/연령대분포를추론하여가구별또는시청자별타깃팅광고를제공하기위한기술로서, 의뢰받은광고를시청자그룹별로편성한다. 그리고, 시청가구구성원의성별및 연령대분포의추론결과를저장하고, 추론된시청가구구성원의성별및 연령대분포와시청확률분포를이용하여시청자그룹별시청요청확률을계산한다. 그리고, 계산된그룹별시청요청확률에기초하여타깃팅광고를송출한다.

본 발명은 ISO 기반 미디어 파일 포맷을 활용하여 MPEG-2 전송스트림을 저장 및 재생하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 저장 방법은 저장하고자 하는 MPEG-2 전송스트림을 임의 접근을 위한 샘플로서 상기 ISO 기반 미디어 파일 포맷의 mdat 박스에 저장하는 단계와, 상기 MPEG-2 전송스트림의 샘플의 시간 정보, 위치 정보, 크기 정보, PMT (Program Map Table) 관련 정보를 상기 ISO 기반 미디어 파일 포맷의 moov 박스에 기술하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, DMB 방식의 MPEG-2 전송스트림을 단말에 저장할 경우 스트림의 임의 접근 재생 및 단말간의 상호 호환을 용이하게 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to improve the accuracy of inference for content preference of a viewer based on the viewing intention and viewing time of a viewer′s viewing history. The method includes the steps of: calculating the value of experience of a content based on an experience value function which gives a weighted value higher than a directly proportional value to a content having a higher viewing time ratio of a viewer for a broadcasting time of a content than a weighted reference value, and gives a lower weighted value than a directly proportional value to a content having a lower viewing time ratio of a viewer than a weighted reference value; calculating content preference for each predetermined unit-time period based on the experience value of the content; and calculating a final content preference based on the unit-time period content preference and using a time weighted average which grants time weighted values to a content preference for a current unit-time. According to the invention, the inference of preference applies preference changes according to the time of the psychological conditions with regard to the viewer′s content consumption, so that a more accurate current content preference can be obtained, thereby improving the accuracy and satisfaction to recommend the viewer′s customized broadcasts and customized content.

Provided are an analysis method and system for audience rating and advertisement effects based on viewing behavior recognition including a method of recognizing a viewer on the basis of image recognition through a camera and efficiently collecting data and a method of transmitting collected data on the basis of viewer recognition to an audience rating and effect measurement server. The analysis method and system for audience rating and advertisement effects based on viewing behavior recognition, according to the present invention, comprises a viewing behavior measurement device which receives a viewer image obtained by imaging one or more viewers who are viewing broadcast content, recognizes the one or more viewers from the received viewer image to generate viewing behavior information, and delivers the generated viewing behavior information, and an advertisement effect measurement server which analyzes an advertisement effect for each viewer on the basis of the received viewing behavior information and generates and delivers an advertisement effect measurement result. PURPOSE: A multimedia service providing system in a communication system and method thereof are provided to offer various multimedia services to a user in real time by rapidly transmitting information acquired by multi-points.
