Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method for producing a resin net by biaxially stretching a cylindrically extruded resin net in the axial (longitudinal) direction and in the radial (circumferential) direction. SOLUTION: The method for producing the biaxially oriented resin net includes the first process for obtaining a lengthy ended cylindrical body of a resin having lots of holes arranged regularly in the circumferential direction and in the longitudinal direction, the second process for leading the cylindrical body to a high temperature area, the third process for inserting a main core expanding from this side toward the tip side into the cylindrical body in the high temperature area, and the fourth process in which the cylindrical body is pulled to the tip side and stretched in the longitudinal direction and in the width direction while being contacted with the surface of the main core.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten manufacturing hours and improve characteristics of abrasion resistance by using as a rubber chain, a urethane resin material in which a three dimensional cross-linked structure can be introduced into a matrix by utilizing temperature at the time of formation after being formed in a mold and has a specific JIS A hardness. SOLUTION: A rubber chain wound around the periphery of a tire comprises a urethan resin which is thermoplastic at the time of melting forming, and after hot forming, has a molecular structure in which a three dimensional cross- linked structure is introduced into a matrix. The urethan resin has a JIS A hardness of from 50 to 95. Hereby, the three dimensional cross-linked structure exits in the urethane matrix, and even when travelled by mounting a tire antislipping tool on the periphery of the tire on dry and wet road surfaces, a rubber chain may not be easily extended, and even through it is used for a long time, dimensional change is diminished and abrasion resistance can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the amount of an oxidizing deterioration preventive agent in the innermost layer at the minimum, and to improve the chloride water resistance, by specifying the content of the oxidizing deterioration preventive agent in the outer layer, to the content in the innermost layer. SOLUTION: This multilayer resin pipe consists of two or more layers, and the content of an oxidizing deterioration preventive agent of the outer layer is made 1.5 times of the content of the innermost layer. The resin is at least one resin selected from poly-1-butene and silane bridging polyethylene, and the oxidizing deterioration preventive agent is at least one compound selected from a group which consists of hidered phenol system compounds and hindered amine system compounds. The service life of the pipe is determined by the deterioration of the innermost layer, and in order to prevent the deterioration, the maximum of oxidizing deterioration preventive agent is necessary to the innermost layer. Since the amount of the oxidizing deterioration preventive agent in the innermost layer is reduced gradually in the pipe using condition, the oxidizing deterioration preventive agent mixed at a high density to the outer layer is supplied gradually to the innermost layer, as the reduced amount, for a long period. By such a way, the chloride water resistance can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber product remarkably improved in on-ice friction performance, esp. a studless tire having an on-ice friction performance substantially equal to a spike tire, by a method wherein the surface roughness of a soft product, such as a rubber product, is accurately grasped as well as quantitatively measured for finding a true roughness exhibiting a superior on-ice friction performance. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a rubber product is measured by an electron microscope electron-reflecting surface roughness tester ensuring a detecting from four directions. The frequencies of the obtained respective signal amounts are analyzed. In this manner, a surface roughness corresponding to an actural unevenness is found. The rubber product has a roughness index P of 2 or more in a roughness wavelength range of 5-90mum.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily bond olefin resin and metal in a short time, by laminating a polymer alloy compound onto an adhesive applied on metal, laminating an olefin resin mold onto said polymer alloy compound, and then heating and pressuring the same. CONSTITUTION:After oil and dust etc. are removed from the surface of a metal 1, a surface coating agent is applied on the metal. Further, an adhesive agent 2 is applied. A kneaded substance of a mixture of rubber and polyethylene of super high molecular weight, namely, a polymer alloy compound 3 is laminated on the adhesive agent 2 for use in bonding the metal 1 and an olefin resin mold 4. The polymer alloy compound 3 is obtained by mixing and kneading rubber and polyethylene of super high molecular weight in the presence of a radical starting agent and a cross linking agent. After the polymer alloy compound 3 is laminated on the metal 1 through the adhesive agent 2, the olefin resin mold 4 such as polyethylene mold or the like is laminated thereon, thereby forming a laminated member. By heating and pressuring the laminated member, the olefin resin mold 4 and the metal 1 are strongly bonded each other through the polymer alloy compound 3.
