    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a treatment work for peeling off prevention, and raise adhesion by the use of an auxiliary tool for mortar adhesion in which a flat base plate part to be fixed on the floor surface of an exterior wall and a number of locking parts to be buried and locked to mortar are molded integrally with resin. SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool for mortar adhesion 5 is formed so that a disclike base plate part 1 consisting of fiber-reinforced resin and a number of looplike locking part 2 being projected in row at one side surface of a base plate 1 are molded integrally. Firstly the exterior surface of a mortar outer layer 22 is contacted with the rear surface side of the base plate 1 of the auxiliary tool 5, and an anchor pin 23 is driven in an insertion hole 4. When uncured mortar 24 is applied, the locking parts 2 come deeply in the inner part of mortar 24, so that mortar 24 solidifies covering the joint part 2 so as to crease a high adhesion. Also, the base plate 1 is increased in its strength and elastic modulus, and the locking parts 2 come to have characteristics of large toughness and tenacity, and further its supporting strength is improved, as a result, mortal 24 is further more prevented from peeling off.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive force of mortar at a low cost by integrally molding a buried plug section buried in a cone track and lock sections coupled with mortar with the same resin. SOLUTION: A mortar adhesive auxiliary tool 4 provided with a buried plug section 1 having a truncated conical shape and many loop-shaped lock sections 2 protruded in lines on the end face of the wide area side of the buried plug section 1 is integrally molded with the same thermoplastic resin by injection molding. The mortar sticking auxiliary 4 is buried in a cone track 22 before mortar 23 is applied to the surface of concrete 20 removed with a form. The mortar adhesive auxiliary tool 4 can be manufactured in a low cost without requiring many processes, it exerts a high anchor effect, and it can improve the sticking force of the motor 23.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve pull-out load, corrosion resistance for concrete and cost reduction by forming a cylindrical main body with a polyamide resin containing short glass fiber and by forming projected portions in one united body on the outer peripheral portion of the main body. SOLUTION: A cylindrical device P is embedded in a concrete panel segment and used as a coupling portion for suspending metal. The cylindrical device P is made by forming a ring-shaped projected portion 2 on the outer peripheral wall of a cylindrical main body 1 and a recessed portion 4 formed in one multi- stage body with an internal thread 3 formed on the inner peripheral wall. The cylindrical device P is made of a fiber-strengthened polyamide resin containing 15 to 45 wt.% short glass fibers thereby increasing the tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of the cylindrical device P and also increasing the pull-out load by the unique construction of the projected portion 2. Also, it can be easily formed by the injection molding at a low manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide table-ware for holding uniformly the temperature of food by constituting a heat generating body enveloped by the tableware to self- generate heat. SOLUTION: Polyester resin such as poly-butylene terephtalate, polyester resin such as polyethylene terephtalate, polyamide resin such as nylon 6, thermoplastic resin such as poly-carbonate and thermosetting resin such as melamine are used for resin. A heat generating body 2 and an electric terminal 3 are insert molded by using these resin and an injection molding machine. The upper part provides a portion contacting food and the heat generating body 2 is included inside the resin. The electric terminal 3 led from the heat generating body 2 is led out to the surface of the bottom of tableware. This tableware is used to put miso soup therein and the electric terminal 3 is electrified to raise the temperature to 80 deg.C and obtain the satisfactory heat retaining property of food.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is excellent in flowability, heat resistance and impact strength, has characteristics reduced in anisotropy and can be used for automobile exterior panel application, etc., by mixing a specified aromatic polyester with a specified olefin polymer. CONSTITUTION:This composition is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. aromatic polyester which consists of groups of formulas I, II and III or formulas I, II, III and IV and which forms an anisotropic melt phase with 0.1-60 pts.wt. of at least one olefin polymer selected from, e.g. a copolymer of an alpha-olefin and a glycidyl ester of an alpha,beta-unsaturated acid and a modified ethylene polymer obtained by grafting an ethylene/3C or higher alpha-olefin copolymer with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative). In the formulas, X is a group of formula V or VI; and Y is a group of formula VII, VIII, VI or IX. The -CO- groups in the formula III are in the m- and/or p-positions to each other. The groups of formula II and those of formulas III and IV are substantially equimolar.
