서버는 참여 피어의 식별정보만을 관리하고, 부모 피어의 선택은 각 참여 피어들이 분산적으로 결정하는 분산적 부모 피어 선택하는 분산적 부모 피어 선택 방법이 제공된다. 새롭게 세션에 참여하는 신규참여 피어는 해당 세션에 참여 중인 일부 피어들에 대한 식별정보를 서버로부터 획득한다. 신규참여 피어가 상기 일부 피어들의 상태정보를 서버에 요청하고, 수신한 상태정보를 이용하여 각 피어에 대하여 참여요청 메시지를 전송할 확률을 계산한다. 계산된 확률로부터 참여 요청 메시지를 전송할 피어를 결정하여 결정된 피어로 참여 요청 메시지를 전송한다. 참여 요청 메시지를 수신한 피어는 동일한 단계를 거쳐서 참여 요청 메시지를 전송할 피어를 결정하여 결정된 피어로 참여 요청 메시지를 전송한다. 이러한 과정을 소정 회수 수행한 이후에 참여 요청 메시지를 수신한 피어를 신규참여 피어의 부모 피어로 결정한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 부모 피어의 선택이 분산적으로 동작하므로 통신 및 처리 부하가 다수의 피어에게 분산된다.

본 발명은 재생형 송풍기의 회전축에 고정되기 위한 축고정부가 형성되고, 양측면에 중심의 둘레를 따라 제 1 및 제 2 유로홈이 각각 형성되는 원판; 상기 제 1 유로홈 내에 상기 제 1 유로홈을 따라 다수개가 서로 이격되도록 마련되는 제 1 블레이드; 및 상기 제 2 유로홈 내에 상기 제 2 유로홈을 따라 다수개가 서로 이격되도록 마련되되, 상기 제 1 블레이드와 서로 어긋나게 배열되는 제 2 블레이드를 포함하도록 한 소음저감형 임펠러 및 이를 가지는 재생형 송풍기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 원판의 양측면의 블레이드 각각이 서로 어긋나게 배열되도록 함으로써 높은 압력을 생산하는 성능, 단순한 구조, 그리고 쉬운 제작 및 운전 특성을 유지하면서도 소음을 저감할 수 있으며, 양측면의 블레이드간의 어긋나는 정도를 조절하여 소음 저감 특성을 변화시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an organic birnessite and an adsorbent using the same and, more specifically, to an organic birnessite which simultaneously adsorbs lead which is an inorganic substance and paraxylene which is an organic substance with quaternary ammonium positive ions substituting for some organic birnessite and an adsorbent using the same. The present invention relates to a synthesized interstitial compound birnessite having birnessite-type manganese oxides layered-structure, containing 200-210 parts by weight of oxygen, 40-48 parts by weight of carbon and 4-6 parts by weight of nitrogen based on 100 parts by weight of manganese; having an interval of 92-102 nm between each layer; and enabling at least one the quaternary ammonium ions to be positioned between the interstial compound.

The present invention relates to a wireless LAN based digital multiplexer control system capable of transmitting DMX data wirelessly using a 802.11 wireless LAN method or various wireless technologies in a lighting control system. The wireless LAN based digital multiplexer control system of the present invention can solve the existing wiring problem since the system is based on a wireless LAN, and can provide a cheap lighting system by using the 802.11 standard wireless LAN method which can be purchased commercially easily, and enables a console server to transmit data to an individual unibus device directly without a data distribution device such as a splitter, by comprising: a WDMX server for transmitting lighting direction and control data through a wireless LAN card; and a WDMX controller for receiving the lighting direction and control data transmitted from the WDMX server wirelessly and the transmitting the lighting direction and control data to a DMX device connected through a DMX512 port.

The present invention relates to a method for controlling static pressure. The method for controlling the static pressure includes a first step of calculating measured pressure by measuring the pressure in a vacuum container; a second step of calculating an error value between the measured pressure in the first step and setting pressure of a user; a third step of designing a fuzzy PID controller based on the error value calculated in the second step; and a fourth step of controlling the pressure in the vacuum container with the fuzzy PID controller designed in the third step. According to the method for controlling the static pressure suggested by the present invention, the properties of rise time, small overshoot, and steady state time are excellent, and the stable control performance is realized in the control of the static pressure which is a non-linear system. PURPOSE: An image data pre-processing method of a hybrid method and a face recognition method using RBFNNs(Radial Basis Function Neural Networks) are provided to improve recognition speed and recognition rates by identifying a face based on RBFNNs. CONSTITUTION: Face image data of a subject is obtained by using a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(S100). An image correction process, an image area detection process, an image shape extraction process, and a characteristic extraction process are executed for the face image data(S200). The face is recognized from the face image data by using RBFNNs(S300). An image shape extraction process extracts a shape and detects a face line from a face area by using an ASM(Active Shape Model). PURPOSE: A method for recognizing emergency speech using a GMM(Gaussian mixture model) is provided to recognize an emergency in a CCTV environment which dynamically shows the emergency by detecting an emergency word by using GMM. CONSTITUTION: Noise is removed from an input speech signal. An initial point and an endpoint of the speech signal are detected. High frequency in the detected speech signal is emphasized. A feature vector of the detected speech signal is extracted based on a MFCC(mel-frequency cepstral coefficient). A global GMM is constructed by using an extracted feature vector. Emergency and nonemergency words are detected through a global GMM. The local GMM is constructed for recognition of a detected emergency word. The emergency word is recognized through the local GMM.

A biometric information processing module(400) processes the similarity between the extracted biometric information and the stored biometric information.
