According to the present invention, an operating method for a user system with a memory system which includes a host, a first storage device and a second storage device comprises the following: a host deletes a first original file stored in a first storage device; the host transmits information on conversion and deletion to a memory system when a first copy file, which is a copy of the first original file, is stored in the second storage device; the memory system deletes the first copy file stored in the second storage device based on the received information on conversion and deletion. The host recognizes the first storage device as a main device of the memory system.
Abstract:
A depth pixel included in a three-dimensional image sensor comprises a first photo-gate, a first light detection region, a first transmission gate, a first floating diffusion region, and a first compensation unit. The first photo-gate is turned on/off in response to a first photo-control signal. The first light detection region generates first charges based on received light reflected from a subject when the first photo-gate is turned on. The first transmission gate is turned on/off in response to a first transmission control signal. The floating diffusion region accumulates the first charges generated in the first light detection region when the first transmission gate is turned on. The first compensation unit generates second charges different from the first charges based on ambient light components contained in the received light, and provides the second charges to the first floating diffusion region.
