    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film having a good surface flatness and high adhesion between a thermoplastic resin film and a heat resistant resin film and showing good heat resistance and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: A laminate film is manufactured by laminating a heat resistant resin layer containing a resin made of an polyamide acid with its imidization ratio of not less than 50% as a major component on at least one surface of a biaxially stretched thermoplastic resin film wherein the heat resistant resin layer is directly bonded to the surface of the biaxially stretched thermoplastic resin film.
