PURPOSE:To achieve smooth traveling, in print roll container, by constructing such that the central point of catcher will be coaxial with the center of rotation of short link constituting a foldable band and the central point of idle wheel for traveling. CONSTITUTION:Short links 46 are coupled through an axial pin 47 to constitute a pair of foldable bands 48, 48' then a pair of coupling rods 50, 50' having expandable/contractable rods 49, 49' at the left and right ends are stopped respectively between the upper ends and the lower ends. While the axial pin 47 is extended inwardly of its inner end to arrange roll catchers 51, 51' and to arrange idle wheels 52, 52' for traveling coaxially at the outside of said pin 47 while furthermore, containing rails, deflect/guide rails 26, 26' and receiving/delivering rails are arranged rollably to constitute many holders. With such arrangement, the central points of the catcher, short link and the traveling wheel can be held on same axis resulting in smooth traveling.

The invention relates to an arrangement for picking and sorting products in a warehouse, which arrangement comprises a main body (400) arranged to move in at least one direction, at least a first load handling unit (401) and a second load handling unit (402), arranged adjacent to each other in the main body for positioning the products to a storage position (201, 202; 203; 204) and removing the products from a storage position, means for producing location information of the products in the storage position, and a control unit for controlling the movements of the main body and the load handling units, based on the location information, for sorting the products to storage positions by type of products. The invention also relates to method for picking and sorting products in a warehouse.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) und ein Verfahren zum Zusammenhalten und Transportieren eines zu einem Coil (3) aufgewickelten Metallbandes nach dessen Aufwickeln in einer Haspelstation (5). Die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst einen Bundabzugswagen (20) zum Aufnehmen des Coil (3) in der Haspelstation (5) und Transportieren des Coil (3) aus der Haspelstation (5). Ferner umfasst die Vorrichtung (1) eine Bundsicherungsvorrichtung, die dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Sicherungsschlinge (40) teilumfänglich fest um den Coil (3) zu legen, so dass der Coil (3) mittels der Sicherungsschlinge (40) zusammengehalten und auf den Bundabzugswagen (20) gedrückt wird.

An arrangement of coils of varying widths and diameters in a warehouse having an automated crane wherein: the coil axes are parallel; the coils are arranged in lines, the coil widths in each line falling within a first predetermined range associated with the line, the coil diameters in each line falling within a second predetermined range associated with the line and the coil axes in each line being orientated perpendicularly to said each line; the lines define (i) rows of coils; (ii) a bottom layer of coils; and (iii) one or more upper layers of coils; each upper layer coil is supported by a pair of lower layer coils in a line; the first and second predetermined ranges associated with the line in which said each coil is arranged are the same as those associated with the line in which the supporting coils are arranged.

A transportation system for rolls of web material comprises at least two intersecting conveying lines (2a, 2b, 2c/4), comprising at least a first conveyor (3a, 3b, 3c) and two parallel runways (13B), respectively, at least a carriage (6) which is moveable on at least one of said runways and which can carry and convey said roll of web material, and devices (7) for transferring the roll of web material from the first conveyor to the carriage and vice versa. The uppermost points (12) of the first conveyor define a first plane (A) and the lowermost points of the wheels of the carriage define a second plane (B), which is located at the same or at a higher level than said first plane (A). Where the conveying lines intersect one another, gaps (17) are provided in the runways, through which the conveyor of the first conveying line may move. The carriage is provided with at least three pairs of wheels (35a, 35b), comprising at least two pairs of wheels on one of the runways and at least one pair of wheels on another one of the runways. The distance between the axes of the wheels in each said pair of wheels is larger than the length of said gaps in the runways. The axes of rotation of the wheels have stationary positions in their vertical directions.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Förderung einer oder mehrerer Materialrollen mit einem Transportsystem und Rollenlogistiksysteme. Das Transportsystem ist ein fahrerloses Transportsystem. Die Vorrichtung ermöglicht Dreh- und/oder Kippbewegungen der Rollengreifeinrichtung, um die Längsachse der Materialrolle um drei zueinander senkrecht stehende Achsen in ihrer Lage verändern zu können.
