PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer substrate that allows maintaining a curved state without varying the electrical characteristics.SOLUTION: The multilayer substrate includes: a body including a stack of a plurality of insulating sheets; a signal line extending in the body; a first ground conductor provided closer to one side of the stacking direction than to the signal line in the body; and a second ground conductor provided closer to the other end of the stacking direction than to the signal line in the body. The insulating sheets are composed of a material having Young's modulus of 2 GPa or more to 30 GPa or less. The first and second ground conductors are composed of a metal film having a thickness of 5 μm or more to 25 μm or less and Young's modulus of 100 GPa or more to 150 GPa or less. The distance between the first ground conductor and the second ground conductor in the stacking direction ranges from 50 μm or more to 200 μm or less, and the first ground conductor and the second ground conductor are provided in parallel to each other.

Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明揭示一种形成一弯曲的触摸表面之方法。该方法可包括在一可挠性基板系在一平坦状态中之同时,将一导电薄膜沉积及图案化于该可挠性基板上以形成至少一触摸传感器图案。根据某些实施例,该方法可包括:使在该平坦状态中之该可挠性基板支撑于具有一预定曲率之至少一弯曲之形成基板上;及对该导电薄膜运行一退火制程或一类似退火之高热制程,其中该退火制程可使得该可挠性基板遵照该至少一弯曲之形成基板的该预定曲率。根据一实施例,该弯曲之形成基板可包括具有一第一预定曲率之一第一形成基板及具有与该第一预定曲率互补之一第二预定曲率的一第二形成基板。
Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明的目的在于提供能够使挠性电路板在弯折等而变形的状态下可以保持形状的形状保持膜、及具备该形状保持膜的形状保持型挠性电路板。形状保持膜1具备:可塑性变形的金属层3;以及黏接剂层4,其形成于金属层3的一面侧(下侧),用于黏接至挠性电路板8。利用形状保持膜1,能够使挠性电路板8在变形的状态下保持形状。借此,能够防止在变形的挠性电路板8中产生回弹力。

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bent portion of a flexible wiring substrate from protruding or prevent an adhesive part from being raised, and prevent the flexible wiring substrate from being damaged due to contact with parts in an inkjet recording device and recording paper.SOLUTION: The flexible wiring substrate 14 is used for a liquid discharge head 1 having an energy generation element generating energy to discharge liquid, and has a substrate 401 made of resin, electric wiring 404a stacked on the substrate 401 and electrically connected to the energy generation element, and is provided with a bent portion 14b. Electric wiring 4004a is arranged across the ridge 14c of the bent portion 14b. The flexible wiring substrate 14 has a metal layer 404b not electrically connected to the energy generation element and arranged across the ridge 14c in the area of the substrate 401 where the electric wiring 404a is not arranged.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board which has superior shape-retainability after being bent while reducing transmission loss of a conductor pattern with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A metal support substrate 2 is prepared, and metal foil 3 is formed thereupon, and a first protection layer 4 is formed of tin or a tin alloy on a surface of the metal foil 3, and a base insulating layer 5 is formed on the metal support substrate 2 to cover the first protection layer 4. Then, a conductor pattern 6 is formed on the base insulating layer 5, a second protection layer 7 is formed of the tin or the tin alloy on a surface of the conductor base 6, and a cover insulating layer 8 is formed on the base insulating layer 5 to cover the second protection layer 7. A gimbal portion of the obtained suspension substrate 1 with a circuit is bent along a bending portion, a magnetic head is packaged, and the suspension substrate 1 is mounted on a hard disk drive.
