Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a heat exchanger which has a large surface area and transmits boiling heat satisfactorily by subjecting the inside wall surface of hairpin heat transmission pipes fixed with radiation fins to plating with a plating liquid added with an oxyethylene surface active agent and chloride ions. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of the hairpin heat transmission pipes 10 which are made of copper and are parallel with each other are expanded and the radiation fins 13 made of aluminum subjected to thin piece working are pressed and fitted onto the pipes. Anode bars 15 provided with spacers 19 are inserted via caps 11', 11'' into the above-mentioned pipes 10 from the apertures thereof. The plating liquid 9 composed of acidic copper sulfate, etc., in a plating cell 7 is then circulated by a circulation pump 12 in the pipes 10 and in this state electric current is supplied between the bars 15 and the pipes 10 from a DC power source 14. The oxyethylene surface active agent and the low-concn. chloride ions are preliminarily added as additives to the above-mentioned plating liquid 9. The rugged metallic plating layer of copper, etc. having excellent adhesiveness is thereby uniformly formed on the inside wall surfaces of the above-mentioned pipes 10. U-pipes are thereafter joined by brazing to the apertures of the pipes 10 and the heat exchanger which can accelerate the transmission of the boiling heat is easily obtd.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily form a uniform rugged plated layer having excellent adhesion by charging a plating soln. contg. a specified surfactant and chloride ions into a heat-transfer pipe and fixing an insulating material of a specified shape to the top end of an electrode rod to be inserted into the heat-transfer pipe. CONSTITUTION:A plating soln. 9 is circulated through the inside of the heat- transfer pipe 10. At this time, an acidic copper sulfate plating soln. added with copper sulfate, sulfuric acid, an oxyetylenic surfactantand a low-concn. chloride ion such as hydrochloric acid is used as the soln. 9. Then a spacer 17 having a slope expanding in the insertion direction is fixed to the tip end of a counter electrode 15, an electrode rod obtained by plating platinum on a Ti rod, and the counter electrode 15 is inserted into the pipe 10. The counter electrode 15 is inserted into the pipe 10. The counter electrode 15 is negatively charged, a terminal 16 to be connected with the pipe 10 is positively charged, copper plating is applied to the inner surface of the pipe 10 and a rugged copper-plated layer 5 is obtained by the surfactant and chloride ions in the soln. 9. When the counter electrode 15 is taken out from the pipe 10, the layer 5 is not damaged due to the presence of the spacer 17.

SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a fluorescent lamp provided near a filter having an odor sensor for sensing an odor of sucking air near an inlet of an indoor unit and the photocatalyst of the indoor unit, or near a heat exchanger using the photocatalyst and having an ultraviolet region in a light source of the photocatalyst and provided at an upstream side of the filter of the exchanger; and a fluorescent lamp control means for energizing a fluorescent lamp energizing means based on a signal of the sensor and stopping the energization, when a lapse time sensed by the energizing time sensing means for measuring the lapse time from the start of energizing becomes a predetermined time.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at suppression of phenomena that condensated water or the like of a compressor and a system adheres to the surface of a flat heater body and enhances water holding ability, and hydrolysis and deterioration are caused when vaporized by heating, and thermal expansion of a silicone rubber insulator constituting the flat heater body is generated by heating while the insulator softens, and that the insulation deterioration is derived by generation of cracks due to these repetitions. SOLUTION: This flat heater body generates heat being mounted on a compressor of an air conditioner and supplied with power, and retains the warmth of a compressor. The heater body part of flat heater body 1, the silicone rubber insulator 2 having a heater part, and the silicone rubber insulator 3 at whose surface laver of the side contacting to a compressor metal powders are compounded are simultaneously extrusion-molded, and by enhancing the heat transfer of the flat heater body, an effect to suppress the deterioration of the silicone rubber insulator of the flat heater body is obtained.

The air conditioner can be operated at the water level of a good humidifying efficiency and the good bubbling efficiency by allowing these switches to be switched.
