    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at suppression of phenomena that condensated water or the like of a compressor and a system adheres to the surface of a flat heater body and enhances water holding ability, and hydrolysis and deterioration are caused when vaporized by heating, and thermal expansion of a silicone rubber insulator constituting the flat heater body is generated by heating while the insulator softens, and that the insulation deterioration is derived by generation of cracks due to these repetitions. SOLUTION: This flat heater body generates heat being mounted on a compressor of an air conditioner and supplied with power, and retains the warmth of a compressor. The heater body part of flat heater body 1, the silicone rubber insulator 2 having a heater part, and the silicone rubber insulator 3 at whose surface laver of the side contacting to a compressor metal powders are compounded are simultaneously extrusion-molded, and by enhancing the heat transfer of the flat heater body, an effect to suppress the deterioration of the silicone rubber insulator of the flat heater body is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a fan which possesses the superior vibration suppressing performance and high mechanical loss factor and high dynamic modulus of elasticity by molding the fan from the thermoplastic resin which is formed by mixing the zinc oxide whiskers in tetrapod form having a single crystal three-dimensional structure. CONSTITUTION:A turbofan 1 made of resin is formed by integrally molding a main blade fan 2 and a blade 3. The turbofan 1 is molded from the material which is obtained by mixing the zinc oxide whiskers having a single crystal three-dimensional tetrapod structure in 20% by weight into ABS resin. Accordingly, the mechanical loss factor of the molding material can be increased, and also the dynamic modulus is increased, and the generation of abnormal noise is reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain hydrophilic property persistence by oxidizing and decomposing hydrophobic molecules of organic material adhered to a fin surface by a photocatalytic action of titanium oxide by providing a fin containing the titanium oxide at least on one surface of the fin, and providing a film containing hydrophilic surface treating agent on the other surface. SOLUTION: The fin 12 is executed on a lower surface of the surface thereof with a corrosion resistant film 3, and on an upper layer with a film 13 containing titanium oxide. That is, the fins 12 for constituting the fin and tube type heat exchanger are executed on the lower layer of the surface thereof with the film 3 and on the upper layer with the film 13 containing the titanium oxide. Thus, hydrophobic molecules of the organic material adhered to the surface of the fin 12 is oxidized and decomposed by photocatalytic action of the titanium. Thus, hydrophilic persistence can not only be maintained, but also superhydrophilic sate can be maintained. Further, since offensive component or organic material is oxidized and decomposed, breeding of mold is suppressed, and generation of offensive odor can be prevented.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dripping of condensed water on the surface of an air outlet port by a method wherein a water absorbing member, consisting of a polyolefin based porous body, is bonded to the surface of the air outlet port of a decorative panel. SOLUTION: A water absorbing member 1, consisting of a porous body of a homopolymer of ethylene or propylene, a copolymer of ethylene/vinyl acetate and the like, for example, is bonded on the surface of an air outlet port 3 for a decorative panel 2 on the air outlet port device of an air conditioner. The water absorbing member 1, consisting of the polyolefin based porous body, is preferable to have an apparent specific gravity within the range of 0.5-1.5 from the view point of strength and flexibility. The water absorbing member 1 is formed on the surface of the air outlet port 3 around the passage of cold air or warm-air so that the cold air or the warm-air will not be leaked therethrough. In this case, the porous body is formed thermally by a method wherein the kneaded material of polyolefin based resin and short-filament glass fibers is introduced into a mold and is left while heating the mold at 90-200 deg.C, then, the mold is cooled while being closed as it is.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease wear of a crankshaft and a bearing by providing a bush made of porous sintered alloy of copper on a slide surface of the bearing which forms a mechanical part of a compressor. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant pump 21 has an electric motor part 7, which is composed of a rotor 5 and a stator 6, and a compressor part 8. A bush 23 formed of porous sintered alloy of copper is provided on a slide surface 23a of a bearing 10. When a crankshaft 22 rotates and slides inside the bush 23, the surfaces of the crankshaft 22 and the bush 23 become smooth owing to the lubricating effect of the refrigerant contained inside the bush 23, thereby the frictional coefficient is decreased. Thus, the wear of the crankshaft 22 and bush 23 can be decreased.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a fan, the fixing strength of which is high and having the high reliability without a dimensional deformation by passing a boss of the end of a vane through a through hole provided in a flat surface of a recessed part or a projecting part of an inclined part of a ring, and thermally welding the projected boss, and crushing the thermally weld boss to fix the vane and the ring. CONSTITUTION:A boss 6 is provided integrally with the end 3a of multiple vanes 3 provided integrally with a main plate 1, and a projecting part 5 is provided in the periphery of a ring 2, and a through hole is provided in the upper flat surface 5a to be opened, and the boss 6 is passed through this through hole so as to project from the through hole. Under this condition, the upper flat surface 6a of the boss 6 is heated and pressurized vertically to be softened and is crushed till it becomes larger than the through hole to fix the vanes 3 and the ring 2. Since the pressurizing force is not applied to the inclined surface of the end 3a of the vanes 3 with this method, a fan made of resin without dislocation and deformation of the ring 2 and having the high reliability can be manufactured.
