Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at suppression of phenomena that condensated water or the like of a compressor and a system adheres to the surface of a flat heater body and enhances water holding ability, and hydrolysis and deterioration are caused when vaporized by heating, and thermal expansion of a silicone rubber insulator constituting the flat heater body is generated by heating while the insulator softens, and that the insulation deterioration is derived by generation of cracks due to these repetitions. SOLUTION: This flat heater body generates heat being mounted on a compressor of an air conditioner and supplied with power, and retains the warmth of a compressor. The heater body part of flat heater body 1, the silicone rubber insulator 2 having a heater part, and the silicone rubber insulator 3 at whose surface laver of the side contacting to a compressor metal powders are compounded are simultaneously extrusion-molded, and by enhancing the heat transfer of the flat heater body, an effect to suppress the deterioration of the silicone rubber insulator of the flat heater body is obtained.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a pump-down operator to recognize the finishing timing as well as the finishing degree of pump-down operation and permit the recovery of refrigerant surely from an indoor machine side to an outdoor machine side, upon the pump-down operation of an air conditioner, in which the outdoor machine and the indoor machine are installed separately. SOLUTION: A pump-down operation controller 34 is provided with a pump- down predetermined time setting means 24, setting a predetermined operating period of time based on an outside air temperature information detected by an outside air temperature detector 23, and a pump-down normal/abnormal finishing judging means 31. Accordingly, the pump-down operation is effected in accordance with the condition of the refrigerant while the finishing timing of the pump-down operation as well as the deciding result of normality or abnormality are indicated in an indicating means 33 whereby an operator can recognize the timing and result while the recovery of refrigerant from the indoor machine to the outdoor machine side can be effected surely.

The means 14 outputs a control code to a drive transistor(TR) Q11 of an infrared ray generating LED-D12 in the case of a control code to a remote air-conditioner and outputs a control code to a drive Q12 for LED-D12 when the code is a control code to a nearby air- conditioner. Thus, the range of an infrared ray transmission signal is varied by using the variable means comprising the TRs Q11, Q12 and the deciding means 14.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable control even by a single air conditioner or by plural air conditioners by deciding a control code corresponding to each switch of a switch group to be operated by an operator and transmitting an address code showing the air conditioner to execute the control. CONSTITUTION:A control code generating means 12 generates the control code corresponding to each switch of a switch group 11. A control code decision type address code generating means 14 decides the control code and generates the address code corresponding to an address set by an address setting means 13 in the case of the control code to the single air conditioner. In the case of the control code to the plural air conditioners, the address code is generated to control the plural air conditioners. Next, a transmission code generating means 15 transmits the above mentioned control code and address code as infrared transmission signals. Therefore, the single air conditioner can be controlled and even the plural air conditioners can be controlled as well.

Furthermore, a calendar detection means 16 for measuring the time of every day, means 17 for switching a refrigerant circuit to the bypass circuit side in response to a signal from the calendar detection means 16 when a predetermined time is measured, and means for switching back the refrigerant circuit in response to a signal when the time elapsed after switching to the bypass circuit reaches a predetermined value are provided.
