Abstract:
본 고안은 공장이나 산업현장내에 철골 구조물로 공중에 설치되는 모노레일에 관한 것으로, 연결판과 볼트 및 넛트로 레일과 레일을 연결함에 있어, 연결관의 상하단이 안내되어 질 수 있는 안내홈구를 웨브의 전후 상하면과 플랜지에 의해 이루어지는 각부에 레일의 길이 방향으로 안내 홈구를 일체로 형성하여 제작된 구성의 모노레일과 전류선이나 컴퓨터의 신호선 등을 웨브면에 용이하게 설치할 수 있도록 상기의 안내홈구로 돌려 끼움되어 볼트로 고정되게 하는 고정부재를 가지는 모노레일에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 소금운반대차용 교차레일 회전대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는염전지에서 소금운반용 대차가 이동되는 레일의 교차지점에 설치되어 대차의 진로를 소정의 각도로 변경할 수 있도록 구성된 소금운반대차용 교차레일의 회전대에 있어서, 상기 회전대(A)는 상면에 대차 이동레일과 동일한 폭과 대차의 양측바퀴가 탑재될 수 있는 소정의 길이로 한쌍의 교차레일(12)이 구비되고, 저면에는 소정의 직경과 높이를 갖도록 하부원형턱(28)이 구비되며, 상기 하부원형턱(28)의 외측에는 자유자재로 방향전환이 가능하도록 복수개의 회전롤러(27)가 상호 균등한 각도를 유지한 채 원주방향으로 설치되는 방향전환대(10); 상기 하부원형턱(28)의 내측에 위치될 수 있는 크기의 직경과 높이를 갖는 상부원형턱(32)이 상면 중앙에 구비되고, 저면에는 지하에 매립되어 견고히 고정되도록 하는 수개의 매설앵커(40)가 구비된 하부고정대(30); 상기 방향전환대(10)가 하부고정대(30)의 상면에 안착되어 중심축을 기준으로 회전가능하도록 방향전환대(10)의 저면과 하부고정대(30)의 상면 중앙에 설치되어 양 부재를 일체로 결합시키는 회전축(14);으로 구성되어 이루어지는 것으로, 대차의 편리하고 안전한 방향전환이 가능하도록 한다.

PURPOSE: A joint coupling device of a railway is provided to prevent the derailment of a train by maintaining the fixed state of insulating joints and joints fixed to a railway. CONSTITUTION: A joint coupling device of a railway comprises insulating joints(15), joints(16), and loosening prevention units(20). The insulating joints and the joints are installed on the front and rear surfaces of railways(10) to connect the railways to each other. The loosening prevention units are coupled to the ends of fixing bolts(14). The fixing bolts penetrate through the insulating joints and the joints. Each loosening prevention unit is composed of a rotation prevention washer(21) and a loosening prevention nut(26). The loosening prevention nut is stuck to the rotation prevention washer.

PURPOSE: A coupling expansion method of a rail is provided to prevent the abrasion following sudden impact while driving. CONSTITUTION: A coupling expansion method of a rail comprises first and second rails(1, 2), first and second tongues(11, 21), a connection plate, and a coupling unit. The first and the second rails are installed on a rail road. The first and the second tongues are formed to bending the connection portion of the first and the second rails. The connection plate is attached to the both sides of the first and the second rails. The coupling unit couples the first and the second rails, and the connection plate.

PURPOSE: A coupling apparatus for the tip of a tongue rail is provided to enable the maintenance work of a railroad even in the vicinity of a tongue rail using railroad maintenance equipment. CONSTITUTION: A coupling apparatus for the tip of a tongue rail comprises fixtures(30) and connectors(40). The fixtures fix the positions of the tips of tongue rails(20) and maintain the gaps between the tongue rails. The connectors push and pull the tongue rails to switch a railroad. The connectors are installed in the inner side of the fixtures and secondarily maintain the gaps between the tongue rails.

PURPOSE: A reinforcement type adhesive joint device for a rail is provided to prevent damage to the corners of a rail by reducing shock and vibration using damper members. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement type adhesive joint device for a rail comprises an insulation piece(60), a pair of damper members(20), a pair of joint plates(30), multiple insulation tubes, and fastening units(50). The insulation piece is arranged between a pair of rails(10) adjacent to each other. The damper members touch both side walls of a vertical support. The joint plates touch the outer sides of the damper member. The insulation tubes penetrate the vertical support, the damper members, and the joint plates. The fastening units are inserted into the insulation tubes and couple the damper members and the joint plates to both side walls of the vertical support.

PURPOSE: A railroad turnout system is provided to enhance cutting edge fragile parts, to be compatible with turnout components, and to alleviate impact due to continuity of a linear shape of the turnout by enhancing the linear shape of the turnout system. CONSTITUTION: A railroad turnout system comprises a point unit, a lead unit, a joint unit, and a crossing unit according to positions where stock rails and tongue rails are installed on a track bed. A tongue rail attack angle(α) is composed of less than 1° at #8~#15. A rail gradient of the point unit, the lead unit, the joint unit, and the crossing unit of a turnout is composed of 1:20 or 1:40. A curve radius(R) of the turnout is composed of 165,100mm at #8, 258,600mm at #10, 373,000mm at #12, and 580,580mm at #15. The position of a tongue rail cutting edge is composed that #8 is 1139-1159mm, #10 is 1428-1448mm, #12 is 1739-1759mm, and #15 is 2145-2165mm in R point. The end point of the curve radius is that #8 is 1190-1210mm, #10 is 1440-1460mm, #10 is 1690-1710mm, and the #15 is 2180-2200mm in a theory intersection point.
