Abstract:
An optical receiver module according to the present invention comprises: a ceramic substrate formed by laminating a plurality of metal layers and a plurality of ceramic layers; a high-frequency transmission line formed on the ceramic substrate to transmit a high-frequency electrical signal; a photodetector mounted on the ceramic substrate to convert a light signal into the high-frequency electrical signal; a power supply line which supplies DC power to the photodetector; and a high-frequency connector connected to the high-frequency transmission line to transmit the high-frequency electrical signal to the outside, wherein the photodetector is mounted on a stepped part processed in the ceramic substrate, and the height of connection points of each of the photodetector and the high-frequency transmission line is corrected by the stepped part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high-speed optical receiver module and the method for manufacturing the same can simplify manufacturing processes using a ceramic substrate which can be manufactured in a lamination structure and can improve high-speed transmission characteristics.

An electric control unit is provided to emit a heat generated in driving a semiconductor switch by arranging a heat sink on bus bar. An electric control unit comprises a circuit board(1), a power semiconductor device(2), a thermal conduction element, a heat sink(5), and a bus bar(3). The power semiconductor device is formed on a top part of the circuit board. The bus bar is contacted with the thermal conduction element. The thermal conduction element is connected to the power semiconductor device through an opening of the circuit board, and supplies a current to the power semiconductor element. The heat sink is arranged on the bus bar, is contacted with the bus bar, and removes a heat generated in driving the power semiconductor device.

An apparatus for shooting flat parts of a junction box is provided to shoot flat parts through a tube by an air pressure consecutively. In an apparatus for shooting flat parts(10) of a junction box, a horizontal transporting pipe(220) lays the flat parts(10) and horizontally transports the same in a line, wherein a cross section of the flat part(10) is a flat rectangular form. Two tubes(270), of which each one end is installed to be parallel with an end portion of the horizontal transporting pipe(220) in a straight line and the each other end is connected with a robot arm, are installed on both sides of the horizontal transporting pipe(220). An air pressure shooting unit(280) is installed to be closed with the end portion of the horizontal transporting pipe(220) and the each one end of the two tubes(270) for keeping the flat parts(10) temporarily, discharged from the end portion of the horizontal transporting pipe(220), and alternately shooting the flat parts(10) with the two tubes(270). Wherein a cross section of the horizontal transporting pipe(220) and the tube(270) is a flat rectangular shape, bigger than the flat parts(10), two flat part receiving grooves(281) are formed on an area where facing the end portion of the horizontal transporting pipe(220) and the each one end of the two tubes(270) in the air pressure shooting unit(280), an air pressure connection pipe(283), of which one end is connected with the flat part receiving groove(281) and the other one is connected with an air pressure source, is formed on the opposite side of the two flat part receiving grooves, and an operating unit(290) is formed on one side of the air pressure shooting unit(280) making the two flat part receiving grooves of the air pressure shooting unit(280) moving between the end portion of the horizontal transporting pipe(220) and the each one end of the two tubes(270).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Schaltung (2) mit einer Leiterplatte (4), auf dem eine Anzahl elektrischer und/oder elektronischer Bauelemente (6) montiert ist, und mit einer einen Tragkörper (22) und einen ersten, zweiten und dritten Anschluss (12, 14, 16) aufweisenden Stromschiene (8, 10). Der Tragkörper (22) ist von der Leiterplatte (4) beabstandet, und die Anschlüsse (12, 14, 16) sowohl mit dem Tragkörper (22) als auch mit der Leiterplatte (4) elektrisch kontaktiert. Zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Anschluss (12, 14) weist der Tragkörper (22) einen ersten Querschnitt und zwischen dem zweiten und dem dritten Anschluss (14, 16) einen zweiten Querschnitt auf, wobei der erste Querschnitt kleiner als der zweite Querschnitt ist.
