Abstract: PURPOSE: An error control code generating system and a method thereof are provided to quality of reconstructed information by transmitting information based on a generated error control code. CONSTITUTION: A connected number distribution pair calculation part(110) calculates connected number distribution pairs about vectors including integers less than the maximum connected number of variable nodes to element. The rate calculation part(120) calculates rate between an error probability of an arbitrary connected number and an average error probability of a code word with respect to the connected number distribution pairs. A vector selecting part(130) selects a vector corresponding to the connected number distribution pair with the largest rate as a parameter. A code generating part(140) generates an error control code based on the vector selected as a parameter.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A block-coded group modulation method and a transmitter and a receiver using the same are provided to increase the data process rate by increasing the number of situations by the energy level order. CONSTITUTION: A grouping part(110) groups the inputted payload data bit stream by n bits. A mapping(120) unit maps the final information bit to the sequence which decides the energy level. A processing unit(130) generates an impulse signal by shaping the pulse. A communication unit(140) transmits the varied carrier signal to a receiver(200) by the energy level order. The receiver(200) restores the payload data bit stream from the received signal from a transmitter(100). A detection unit(210) detects pulse energy in the pulse section.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sampling apparatus and a method thereof in a wireless telecommunication system is provided to obtain as same sampling effect as the high-speed sampling, even using a low-speed sampling device by a method of inserting a delay unit for delaying with a predetermined value into a signal receiving process. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling speech recognition of telematics apparatus are provided to improve the accuracy of a control operation through voice recognition by confirming a detected motion. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition unit(200) recognizes the voice of a speaker through a voice input unit(1), and a lip reading processor(100) receives the lip shape of the speaker through a photographing unit(2). The lip reading processor recognizes the lip shape of the speaker. According to the matching of lip reading results with the voice recognition results, a multi modal recognition unit(300) outputs a corresponding command for the control of a telematics device(400).
