Abstract: An apparatus for automatically notifying an operation state of a cold storage and controlling the cold storage is provided to enable a user to monitor the operation state of an overall system from outside by delivering the operation state through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). A cooler, a humidifier, and temperature and humidity sensors are installed in a system(10). A surrounding sensing unit(20) is installed around the system and detects a fire, a blackout, and an intruder. A storage(30) stores data, such as messages, telephone numbers, and abnormal state histories. An input unit(40) enables a user to input the data into the system. An automatic alarm notifier(50) receives various control reference signals from the user and receives various sensor signals to determine a surrounding state. The automatic alarm notifier automatically notifies the surrounding state to a user or a manager through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). When requested, the automatic alarm notifier outputs a current system state history or the abnormal state history.

Abstract: A low-temperature cooling water manufacturing method and device are provided to stably and uniformly produce low-temperature cooling water by stratifying low-temperature cooling water in a water tank, and to stably secure volume for stratification of low-temperature cooling water by maintaining the water level constantly. A low-temperature cooling water manufacturing method includes the steps of uniformly and slowly introducing cooling water cooled to 1°C by an evaporator constituting a series of refrigeration cycle into the tank near the surface of water(S10), sucking in cooling water of 1°C to 2°C below the surface of water of the tank, and supplying the cooling water to the outside of the tank(S20), uniformly and slowly returning cooling water heated to 5°C to 7°C while remained cooling water of the cooling water supplied to the outside is circulated, to the lower side of the inside of the tank(S30), converting the returned cooling water of 5°C to 7°C to cooling water of 4°C by mixing them, stratifying the cooling water of 4°C by difference of density, and collecting the cooling water of 4°C in the lower surface of the inside of the tank(S40), uniformly sucking in the cooling water of 4°C at the lower side of the inside of the tank, and supplying the cooling water to the evaporator(S50) and cooling the cooling water to 1°C.
