Abstract:
PURPOSE: A diluent for freezing boar sperm obtained by adding N-acetyl-D-glucosamine as water soluble chitin to boar sperm, freezing and then thawing is provided which improves viability and movability of boar sperm and can be applied to cow, chicken or other domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: This diluent comprises 11g lactose hydrate, 20ml egg yolk, 4% by weight of glycerol, 1.0% by weight of orvus es paste(OEP) and 0 to 0.05g N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, based on 100ml diluent. A sperm-rich fraction separated from livestock is subjected to cooling slowly at room temperature for 90 to 150 min and then centrifugal separation at 1,500rpm for 5 to 15 min. The pretreated sperm is added with 5.5ml first diluent composing 11g lactose hydrate, 20ml egg yolk, 0.01 to 1.0g N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and 100ml distilled water and then left alone at 4 to 6deg.C for 90 to 150 min. The first sperm liquid is diluted with 11ml second dilute comprising 11g lactose hydrate, 20ml egg yolk, 4% by weight of glycerol, 1.0% by weight of OEP, 0.01 to 1.5g N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and distilled water and then subjected to glycerol equilibrium.

PURPOSE: A method for recovering high purity copper powder of fine particles from waste etchant containing copper using electrolyzer is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step (S10) of agitating waste etchant (α-etchant); a step (S20) of adjusting concentration of copper contained in the waste etchant to 13.5 g/L; a step (S30) of injecting the waste etchant into electrolysis reaction container; a step (S40) of proceeding electrolysis collecting reaction as maintaining temperature inside the reaction container to 28 deg.C, pH to 8.6, current density to 6 A/cm¬2 and agitation speed of agitator to 150 rpm; a step (S50) of precipitating copper powder under the cathode by proceeding reaction so that electrolysis rate inside the reaction container is maintained to 1 g/h or more; a step (S60) of taking out and filtering the precipitates; and a step (S70) of drying the washed precipitates after washing the precipitates with water.

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating manganese zinc-ferrite powders is provided to prevent the inflow of impurities by removing a milling process and a calcination process. CONSTITUTION: A mixing process is performed to mix FeSO4, MNSO4, and ZnSO4 as raw materials(S10). A coprecipitate is formed by adding KOH to the mixture(S20). The coprecipitate is transferred into a hydrothermal synthesis reactor(S30). The coprecipitate is stirred and synthesized under the predetermined temperature of the hydrothermal synthesis reactor(S40). The synthetic material is extracted and cleaned(S50). The synthetic material is dried(S60). The temperature of the hydrothermal synthesis reactor is maintained under 150 to 250°C.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for harvesting Chinese matrimony vines is provided to reduce a production cost of Chinese matrimony vines products through the mechanization of a harvesting work thereof. CONSTITUTION: The harvester(100) for Chinese matrimony vines constructed by a rectangular frame(110) comprises a peeling device(200) on which a motor(225) having a slide crank(220) attached to a transfer guide rod(210) of the frame is mounted, a handle being mounted to one end of a vibration guide connected with the slide crank, and a vibration loop being connected thereto; a collecting device(400), a collecting box being provided under the frame, a collected Chinese matrimony vines guide plate being formed on the center portion thereof, and two pairs of height adjustable brushes being mounted to the top of a guide portion of four joints link structure; and a traveling device(500) consisting of a driving part and a steering part.

PURPOSE: A method for cross-linking a high density polyethylene by using the plasma reaction and a latent heat regenerating material prepared by using the method are provided, to obtain a high density polyethylene with a low surface charge which stores heat by the form of slurry. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of charging a high density polyethylene with flowing a carrier gas into a plasma reactor; fluidizing the high density polyethylene slurry by stirring it with a Teflon-coated magnetic bar to cross-link the high density polyethylene; and introducing fluorine from Teflon to modify the surface. Preferably the cross-linking process is carried out in the condition of an RF power of 30-300 W, a pressure of 0-350 mTorr, a treatment time of 30 sec to 120 min, and a rotation velocity of a magnetic bar of 50-1,000 rpm. The carrier gas is preferably argon. The plasma electron energy of a reactor is 0.1-10 and the electron density is 10¬9-10¬12 cm¬-3.

PURPOSE: A method of producing high purity Si powder from SiO2 using self-propagating high temperature synthesis is provided. Si powder produced by this method has a high purity of over 99.988%, and this method is economical and less energy consumptive. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1) mixing SiO2 with Mg at a ratio of 1 to 2-2.5, wherein the SiO2 has a particle size of 140μm and a purity over 99.74%, and Mg has a particle size distribution of 10 to 100μm; (S2) forming the mixture in the shape of pellet by compressing the mixture at 4 to 14 ton; (S3) charging the pellet into self propagating reactor; (S4) firing the pellet in the reactor under Ar gas atmosphere or vacuum condition; (S5) withdrawing combustion product from the self propagating reactor; (S6) leaching the combustion product with 10-50% HCl or H2SO4 for 1-3 hours; (S7) filtrating leached residuals; (S8) washing filtrated Si powder followed by drying in a temperature range of 60 to 90deg.C.

PURPOSE: A method for raising bean sprout by using ozone and recycling water is provided to save waster used for raising bean sprout. CONSTITUTION: First, a basin for collecting once used water and a tank for storing the collected water are installed, spray water on bean sprout contained in a container 8 times a day. The recycled water has endogenous materials that prevent twiggy roots, and recycled water, prior to be reused for raising, is treated by 0.1-0.3 ppm of ozone for the sterilization of saprogenous bacillus.

PURPOSE: A drier using microwave is provided to dry the manufactured woodwork without transformation of outer appearance in a short time and to control dry condition in real time. CONSTITUTION: A drier using microwave includes a power supply part(5) generating high frequency driving power supply, a magnetron(6) generating microwaves by receiving the driving power supply from the power supply part, a main body(9) having a space capable of receiving objects to be dried, a temperature sensor(3) sensing the change in the temperature of the objects, a load cell1 installed in the bottom of the objects received in the main body for sensing continuous change in weight of the objects, a controlling part(4) outputting signals for controlling the operation of the magnetron by receiving sensed results of the temperature sensor and the load cell, a memory device(2) storing information such as dry time and dry condition according to the kind of the objects and providing the information to the controlling part, an aspirator(7) sucking air of the main body and discharging into outside by receiving the power supply from the power supply part for decreasing the pressure of the main body, and a heater(8) increasing permittivity by preheating the objects according to the control signal of the controlling part.
