Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing an acoustic headliner for a vehicle are provided to effectively attach materials without heating the materials by improving the structure. CONSTITUTION: Liquid polyurethane as an adhesive agent is coated on upper and lower faces of a polyurethane foam sheet(10) transferred along a conveyor(50). A glass fiber mat-unwoven fabric layered body(34) formed of first glass fiber mat layers(20) on the upper face of unwoven fabric is supplied near the polyurethane foam sheet. A catalyst is supplied to the upper faces of the polyurethane foam sheet and the first glass fiber mat. The polyurethane foam sheet is deposited on the upper face of the glass fiber mat-unwoven fabric layered body and a second glass fiber mat layer(22) and a skin unwoven fabric(32) are deposited on the upper face of the polyurethane foam sheet. Thereby, an acoustic headliner for a vehicle is acquired.
