Abstract:
PURPOSE: A semi-submersible drill rig with an effective particle transfer structure is provided to reduce the length of a transfer pipe because a particle tank is installed only on the top of a particle tank room. CONSTITUTION: A semi-submersible drill rig with an effective particle transfer structure comprises a pair of pontoons(11) as a base structure, a connector(13), posts(15), a top plate(17), particle tanks(21), and a transfer pipe. The connector interconnects the pair of pontoons. The posts are installed on both ends of the pair of pontoons. The top plate is supported by the posts. The particle tanks are installed inside the posts, particularly in the upper section of a particle tank room(22) formed in each post. The transfer pipe connects the particle tanks.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A filter unit for particulates and a particulate transfer system including the same are provided to drastically improve the filtering performance, and to effectively clean a filter body by jetting compressed air toward the filter body when operating or stopping the operation. CONSTITUTION: A filter unit for particulates comprises a filter housing(11), and a vibrator(20). The filter housing has a filter body(12) installed to be cross the inner space from the left wall to the right wall. The vibrator vibrates the filter body up and down. The filter housing has an air vent line(4) on top one side. A particulate transfer system comprises a bulk tank storing particulates; a surge tank; and the filter unit for particulates. The surge tank is connected from the bulk tank through a particulate transfer line. The filter unit for particulates is installed near the air vent line of the surge tank. 본 고안은 선박의 파라메트릭 및 슬래밍 저감장치에 관한 것으로, 선박에 있어서, 길이방향의 선체 표면에 탄성조직으로 이루어진 복수의 완충부재를 설치하되, 상기 완충부재는 중공부를 가지며 상기 중공부에는 유체를 충진하여 조파저항 및 점성저항을 증가시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 파랑에 의하여 선체에 작용하는 충격을 완화시킬 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다. 본 고안은 해상 운행시 발생하는 선체의 파라메트릭 롤(Parametric roll)과 슬래밍(Slamming)을 줄여주기 위하여 탄성조직을 이용하여 선수, 선미의 길이 방향에 중공의 완충부재를 설치하고 이 완충부재의 중공부에 유체인 공기 또는 해수를 주입하여 형상을 변화시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 선박의 파랑 중 운항시의 조파 및 점성저항을 증가시켜 파라메트릭 롤의 발생 빈도와 슬래밍 충격 하중을 저감시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있게 된다. 선박, 슬래밍, 완충부재, 파라메트릭
