Abstract: The present invention relates to a natural colored cheese containing natural colors and a method for producing the same. The natural colored cheese has high chromaticity and freshness, and also has an advantage of maintaining the soft texture of cheese without change of taste and nutritive components. Moreover, the natural colored cheese containing natural colors and method for producing the same of the present invention reduce the greasy taste of cheese and enhance the savory taste so as to flavor the cheese, and contain nutrients by containing various natural colors, thereby providing the natural colored cheese good for health with high palatability.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing ginseng extract is provided to significantly suppress prostatic hyperplasia and to remarkably suppress growth of benign prostate tissues. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating prostatic hyperplasia contains extract of ginseng, Rhynchosia Nulubilis, and green tea as an active ingredient. The ginseng extract is prepared by pulverizing 600g of ginseng, adding 12 L of water, performing hot water extraction at 100°C for 3 hours, concentrating in a vacuum condenser at 45°C, and freeze-drying. The Rhynchosia Nulubilis extract is prepared by pulverizing 600g of Rhynchosia Nulubilis, adding 12L of water, performing at 100°C for three hours, concentrating at 45°C, and freeze-drying.
