Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel bacteria Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain having excellent function of removing nitrate is provided to produce denitrification enzyme and to improve uneven agricultural environment. CONSTITUTION: A novel bacteria Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain KACC91389P having denitrification ability is oligotrophic bacteria isolated from "Yong swamp" soil which is near DMZ. The Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain KACC91389P is an oligotrophic bacteria forming glutinous colony I R2A solid madia. The optimal growth temperature is 28°C. The Aquitalea sp. 5YN1-3 strain KACC91389P is used for denitrification of soil or water.

Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain and a method of preventing phytopathogen using the same are provided to prevent problem due to seed residue by preventing bacteria nucleation fungus diseases of all kinds of plants generated when cultivating the plants as biological agricultural chemicals. Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain prevents phytopathogen. A control agent for plant disease has the Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain and culture fluid or fungi and a culture fluid as active ingredient. Phytopathogen is selected from Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, sclerotium force blood Borum, sclerotium and Sclerotinia minor. The phytopathogen is prevented by processing the Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain and the culture fluid to plant infected by sclerotium, the Sclerotinia minor bacteria, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the sclerotium force blood Borum.
