Abstract:
PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing bovine tuberculosis containing monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies is provided to effectively measure tuberculosis attack. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to an epitope is denoted by an amino acid sequence of sequence number 8 in a bovine interferon gamma receptor-binding region. The monoclonal antibody is produced from hydridoma cells(deposit number KCTC 11784BP). A kit for diagnosing bovine contains monoclonal antibody or antigen binding fragment and anti-bovine interferon gamma polyclonal antibody.

PURPOSE: Provided are 8kDa antigen derived from Brucella abortus RB51, its purification method and a detection method of antibody for RB51 using the same antigen. CONSTITUTION: 8kDa antigen is derived from the surface of Brucella abortus RB51 and purified by the steps of: treating Brucella abortus RB51 with sarcosine to extract antigens from its surface; concentrating the extract with ammonium sulfate; dissolving the concentrate in triton X-100 then passing it through Superose 12HR 10/30 column; then passing the fractions through Sephacryl S-100.

본 발명은 브루셀라 아보투스 균 특이적 동정용 프라이머 세트 및 이를 이용한 브루셀라 아보투스 균의 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 프라이머 세트는 소 브루셀라병을 일으키는 브루셀라 아보투스 균만을 특이적으로 검출하여 소 브루셀라병을 신속하게 검색 및 진단할 수 있어, 병의 전염경로, 역학적 연구, 진단 및 치료 등에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A primer or primer set for distinguishing 10 Brucella species is provided to distinguish B. canis, B. ceti, and B. microti from other similar bacteria and to diagnose and detect diseases. CONSTITUTION: A primer for distinguishing Brucella canis is denoted by sequence number 5. A primer of distinguishing Brucella ceti is denoted by sequence number 6. A primer set for distinguishing Brucella microti is denoted by sequence numbers 11 and 12. A single tube-multiplex PCR primer set for distinguishing Brucella comprises: a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8, 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14, 15 and 16, or 17 and 18. The Brucella includes Brucella abortus, Brucella canis, Brucella suis, Brucella ovis, Brucella meotomae, Brucella melitensis, Brucella ceti, Brucella pinnipedialis, Brucella microti, or Brucella inopinata.

PURPOSE: A medium for selective culture of brucella is provided to selectively culture and isolate brucella in a short time and to research in infection analysis and dynamic study. CONSTITUTION: A medium for selective culture of brucella contains 0.01-1.0 weight% of erythritol as a carbon source. The medium additionally contains neutral red. The medium is tryptic soy agar in which dextrose is removed. The medium also contains: bacitracin or vancomycin as an antibacterial agent to gram-positive bacteria; azotrenam or nalidixic acid as an antibacterial agent to gram-negative bacteria; or amphotericine B or nystatin as an antifungal agent.
